Chapter Fifty - Old Building

Scott walked slowly and silently around the corridor,he tiptoed towards her room and made the wall his aid,so careful not to wake Kylie. He wanted to check on her in her room. He turned the door knob and it opened slowly accompanied with a creaking sound like that of an old house.

"Are you asleep?" He asked silently peeping from the door which was still ajar. He got no reply and walked in closing the door behind him.

He went to her and she was lying there sleeping peacefully. The evidence that she cried herself to sleep was on her wet face.

"Her face will be all white when she wakes up" He said and smiled.

He was somewhat happy that he could help her to let all her worries out. He was grateful for meeting her again after fourteen years.
