CHAPTER 5

AIRPORT , MAURITIUS

"How can you ask me to be calm when my luggage is missing" shouted a girl gathering the crowd at the airport after the plane landed in Mauritius. " Mam please calm down we are working on it. We are making regular announcements. Have patience. " The faculty tried their best to calm the ticking bomb.

"What! You are telling me to have patience when my veins are throbbing. You know who am I ? I am Eva Rose , the sister of Ro... " She stopped to contemplate wheather she should mention Rowan or not. Considering the latter she changed her plans and was about to mention about sueing the authorities when there was a soft pat on her shoulders. She turned and was stunned to see a girl with a broad grin and light freckles which camouflaged her face and added a hidden charm to her  sun kissed brown locks .

" Hi I am Serene Monroe. I guess we have mistakenly exchanged bags. "

Rose came out of her lalaland and took her hand for the handshake, " Eva Rose here. Call me Eva or Rose ; your choice. " Rose giggled and surprised the crowd with her change in mood. She continued, " Nice to meet you Serene." They took the respective bags and moved out of the airport.

"Where are you going by the way? " Asked Serene while moving towards the Mercedes at the other side of the road . She somewhere got offended to see those bulky creatures dressed in All black with an ear piece intact. She took a sharp intake of breath and calmed herself and remembered that they wouldn't meddle in her business.

" I am leading toward Oberoi Beach Resort and th-" before she could complete Serene yelled ," Wow! Guess we are going to have fun in this vacation . Even I am going there . So let's go together in my car ."

Rose was happy to encounter someone of her type- Joyful, Lively and Enthusiastic. It was like the timid and ferocious Serene was left in Italy. "Yeah sure". Her phone started ringing so she excused herself and went to answer the call , till the time Serene asked the guards to keep the bags  in the car.

ON THE CALL

Rowan : Where are you Rose?

Rose: I have reached and am heading towards the hotel. You know Row I just met a friend in the airport. Actually our bags got exchanged and then we discovered that we are going to the same Destination so I'll be traveling with her.

Rowan: Are you insane? You are traveling with someone whom you just met. This world is not a garden Eva where you  walk on roses ,try to see the thorns that are hidden beneath them. What if she kidnaps you or takes you somewhere or -"

Rose: Relax Row. Take a deep breath." He did the same." Now listen her name is Serene Monroe and she's here on a vacation and we are heading towards Oberoi Beach Resort and she seems nice. Moreover you'll be busy in the preparation of the show case so what would I do? I will turn on my GPS so you keep tracking my location. Is it okay Mr. Rowan Chaze?

Rowan knew he couldn't win an conversation against her; atleast not this one . So he sighed and agreed.

Rowan: Okay then , keep informing me about your whereabouts. And call me when you reach the resort.  I am at the arena so we'll catch up at dinner. Please Eva take care. And I love you.

Rose knew he was pretty serious because he took her full name. She smiled at the thought of her silly yet protective brother.

Rose : Okay emotional fool. I'll be safe and I love you too.He cut the call and she whispered,"   I hope you get your happiness back Rowan . I wish I can  see you smile again wholeheartedly.

She turned and returned to Serene who just informed Benjamin regarding her safe arrival.

" Hey you're back, let's go."

Both the girls went together laughing and talking crazily unaware of what destiny was about to unfold go them .

Hearts are tested

Pain is thrown,
