The MRI result was that there was an obstruction that clogged the part of her brain memory the reason for her retardation on IQ level. She can have surgery but doesn't give a hundred percent recovery, it is a fifty-fifty chance. Another way was that leave it and she may one day miraculously become normal. Fifty-fifty chance won't work for me, I would rather have her that way and she is healthy than do the surgery and there was no guarantee that she be normal or worse.
