CAMILLA

As I walk towards the bedroom where my mom is, I can't help but freak out hoping she won't snap at me and beat the daylights out of me. My mother has an uncontrollable temper and I hate making her mad.

Why on earth did they decide to follow me here? What was I even thinking coming straight to the house instead of seeking refuge at Emanuel's apartment? At least they would have had a tough time locating me!

"Sit here, we need to talk!" Mom says sternly as she points at the bed. She's seated on the couch and I hesitantly do so. I know we have a whole lot to talk about, yet I'm not willing to talk about anything with her!

"Is this what I sent you to the city to do?" She asks me, her glare becoming obvious. She obviously disapproves of the fact that I have a boyfriend.

"Emanuel and I aren't doing anything bad." I defend myself because I know what she's up to. She thinks Emanuel and I are sleeping together yet we are abstaining, for reasons better known to ourselves!

"Did I send you here to look for boyfriends?" She asks me.

"Mom, I am a grown up and I just wanted to choose myself a mate instead of waiting till eternity!" I defend myself.

"And now that you've found your mates, can't you keep your legs shut?"

"Mommy!" I call her. "Emanuel and I are not having sex for goodness sake!" I repeat my first statement. She's already getting into my nerves!

"Then severe all ties with him and follow your mates back to their Pack!"

"That won't be easy to do mom. Emanuel and I have come from far when I had no one and I can't just leave him like that. I-"

"You don't have any choice my daughter. Those are your mates and you have to do as the werewolf laws demand." Mother's tone is no longer harsh but it's now soft, trying her best to reason with me.

Defeated, I cup my face between my palms and lie back on the bed. I'm short of words. As much as I want to follow the werewolf community laws, I also want to follow my heart. I really love Emanuel and I believe he equally loves me but on the other hand, I've just met my mates and what freaks me out even more is the fact that they're Triplets and there's no way I'm going to be mated to only one. I'm supposed to take the three of them!

My heart yearns for Emanuel yet it also aches for my mates. Whatever I feel about Emanuel has been overshadowed by what I feel for the three identical men seated out there in my living room.

I've known the Blue moon Triplets' to be such an arrogant lot but right now, they've portrayed a different picture, a picture of responsible, loving, protective and caring young men and deep down, I've started falling for them. I'm just glad that I shoved my wolf to the back of my head and shut her out because right now she'd be all over the place dictating my heart and obviously forcing me on the triplets.

"Say something dear. I just want the best for you. Goddess chosen mates are always the best and even if you don't feel any love for the Blue moon triplets right now, I'm sure you'll eventually come to love them through the moon goddess's help."

"What about Emanuel, mom?" I ask curiously, knowing quite well that I'm about to spark and ignite the anger in her. However, mom doesn't show any sign of being mad at me or pissed off.

"Do you know his Pack?" She asks curiously as if she knows the answer and I shake my head.

"Not yet mom but I know he's from the Great Sea Pack." I reply.

"You've never been to his Pack?" She asks yet again, curiosity getting the better part of her.

"Not at all mom. We had plans to visit his Pack soon when the schools close because he's a lecturer and he has a busy schedule."

"Mmh!" Mom sighs and at that moment, her phone rings. She picks it up and answers the call and I can hear her talking to my dad. After they're done with their conversation in which she confirms that they landed safely and that they're with me in my apartment, she hangs up and that's when I remember my phone and frown after recalling that I haven't switched it on since yesterday night after escaping from my Pack. My brother Kelvin must have been worried sick of me and my whereabouts.

"What about your mates, don't you think you need to have a chat with them?" Mom asks, searching my eyes desperately. I remain emotionless.

"I don't want three mates mom, I can't handle the three of them!" I try to reason with her.

"Baby, you'll get used to them with time. If you give them a chance, they'll prove to you how good they can be." Mom persuades me.

"But they're arrogant mom. How sure are you they'll love me and not torture me?"

"I'm sure they won't. If they had any bad intentions, they wouldn't have come all the way from their Pack to look for you. I can see how desperate they are and I'm sure they'll make the best mates ever!" Mom has stopped being harsh and decides to be calm and diplomatic. Deep down, I want to open my heart wide so as to love the triplets but I'm afraid of whatever will happen to Emanuel when I finally do so. He's so protective of me and his earlier outburst shocks me. He shouldn't have left me alone with them if he truly loved me!

After thinking for a while, I decide to give it a try and when I tell mom about my decision, she's overjoyed and she stands up from the couch then leads the way outside to the living room.

I lower myself on the two-seater couch next to mom and let out a heavy sigh. The Blue moon triplets are seated right opposite us and they've already emptied the champagne bottle.

"Boys," mom addresses them and I giggle audibly. She didn't just refer to them as boys, did she? Ignoring me, she continues with her speech. "Meet my daughter Camilla, though I'm sure you met yesterday at the mate-searching party and she turned out to be your mate. Camilla is ready to listen to you and from there the decision lies entirely with her."

"She is our mate and she has no choi-" Jeremy blurts out but his brother Charles cuts him short. From my understanding, Jeremy is the youngest, Ben is the middle one while Charles is the oldest and the one who's more sensible and respectful.

"Camilla has a choice in all these and if you two continue pressurizing her, we will end up losing her to that Emanuel guy!" Charles speaks out, something which sparks different emotions in his other brothers. They appear restless and ready to kill him for his utterances.

"I won't ever forgive you if you freak her out and we end up losing her. Let me ask you a question brothers, won't you be confused if you find out you not only have one mate but three of them? Let's give Camilla the chance to express herself and to digest all that is happening in her life and then she can come up with a decision of her own."

"Bro," Ben speaks out. "Don't you think that we are also confused, having to come with terms with the fact that we will be sharing only one girl our entire life?"

"We will be fine bros, trust me. Camilla will come around and-"

"Allow me to speak for myself!" I cut him short, having become tired of them talking about me as if I'm not here with them. "I'm here for crying out loud!" They all pay attention to me.

"I'm sorry for running away from you yesterday. At least I should have stayed to reason with you." I start by apologizing and then continue, "I didn't know what to do at that time because I was shocked and confused after realizing that I'm destined to be with the three of you. Even as we speak, I'm still confused and I'm sure the confusion will end with time. I appreciate all of you for taking your time to come after me and that really means a lot to me." I pause momentarily, letting them to digest everything and let whatever I'm saying sink into their minds. I can't believe that I'm the one addressing this crowd! "However, I'd like to request you guys to give me some time to think and digest all that's happening and then I'll get back to you." As I say all these, I've already grown fond of Charles and I sincerely wish he's the only one mated to me!

"Camilla," my favourite Triplet calls my name out and the way it rolls out of his tongue, it feels like some sweet melody. I nod in acknowledgment. "I- We all appreciate you and your concern is well taken into consideration. However, I don't know how long our wolves will be willing to hold on because my Shem is a stubborn one and he might force himself out so as to claim his mate!" He speaks and I notice that his eyes have a distant look, as if he's fighting with someone within him. His wolf is indeed a stubborn one. My heart beat increases upon hearing his words and the mere mention of his wolf makes my wolf Jeni to stir up at the back of my head. Even though I've shut her out, she can't just keep calm and I'm glad she's here with me. It's time to set her free for I can't continue dictating stuff for her!

Slowly but surely, I set Jeni free and release her to the surface and she excitedly jumps in my head. 'They are sweet and cute, aren't they? But I love Charles more!' she says to me after freeing her.

'Aren't you mad at me for locking you out there?' I ask her. I'm now in my own world with my wolf and I can't even hear whatever anyone else is saying.

'I'll deal with you later. Please just say yes to them. They're so cute!'

'His wolf is Shem.' I say to Jeni, referring to Charles' wolf.

'Wow! What a cute name for a cute wolf! I can't wait to hear him purr and-'

"Camilla?" My mother's persistent calling stirs me out of my subconscious. I can no longer hear what Jeni is saying.

"Yes mommy." I respond.

"Charles was asking you something but you weren't responding."

"I'm sorry I zoned out." I say then turn to Charles. "What were you saying?" I ask curiously.

"Well, I was asking you how much time we should give you so as to think." He asks me. "But before you answer, I'd like to hear my brothers' opinions." He adds, turning his gaze to Jeremy and Ben.

Ben clears his throat and speaks up. He seems to be the most naughty and possessive. He's the one who stood up against Emanuel earlier today.

"Baby," he calls me and my heart skips a beat. He has already started with pet names and that alone makes my heart to rejoice. Jeni stirs in my mind restlessly. She's definitely flattered. "We are glad you've granted us audience but don't you think it'll be unfair to let us go back to our Pack without you? My wolf Ted won't forgive me if I let you out of my sight for a second!" Wow! He has a way with his words. He's equally sweet despite him being stubborn!

Confusion continues filling my heart and for sure, I'm spoilt for choice. Jeni and I really want to leave with the Triplets but I'm afraid of what Emanuel might do or how he will react when he finds me gone.

"I will go with you to-"

"You are not going anywhere with these morons!" Emanuel speaks from the door, his hands in his pockets as he let's himself into the living room!

  • MY TRIPLET ALPHAS    ANOTHER TRAITOR NABBED

CHARLES 'Mother, you're here.' I exclaim as I bow in our mother's adoration. 'Yes son, I'm here to give you all the answers to your questions.' She says to me. Her voice is soft, just like a beautiful melody in my ears. 'I'm all ears mother.' I say and before I know it, I find myself in a building in the middle of a village, probably the rogues' residence but it's just that this is not the same place as Mother has taken me before. The sun is high in the sky and it burns my eyes every moment I try to open them and get acquainted to the area. However, I continue trying to see by rubbing them with the back of my palms and I finally get accustomed to the light and that's when I find myself in the middle of five men who are in an ongoing meeting. I scan around for someone I might know and I'm taken aback when my eyes land on Jones, Warrior Sammy's son. His father is Elvis' uncle, a blood brother to retired Beta who is Elvis' father. Jones is Elvis' and Anna's first cousin. He is als

"Oh my baby!" She exclaims. "I missed you so much! I hope those goons didn't mistreat you!" She asks, concern etched all over her face."Mommy, I missed you too. My Daddies are good because they came for me before the bad uncles could harm me. Daddies bought me a lot of food on the way and here's some for you, David and Amanda." Our ever talkative son

  • MY TRIPLET ALPHAS    RESCUED

CHARLES "What do you mean Damian is nowhere to be found!" Camilla asks, desperately searching around for our son."How could you be so negligent, Thomas?" Ben asks one of the warriors who went to pick up our kids from school."I'm sorry sir but the young Damian wanted to take a pee and immediately he stepped out of the car, two masked men came from nowhere and grabbed him-""Can you hear yourself talk? What kind of a bastard are you? You see people taking a child away but you just stay in the car comfortably and let them have their way?" Charles reprimands Tom, spitting fire at him."We ran after them but they shot at us. They are armed and we couldn't get closer to them since we were unprepared!" He tries to redeem himself."You weren't prepared, huh?" I scoff at him for the umpteenth time. "As a warrior, you have to always be prepared so stop giving me that shit!" I reprimand him over and over again. The two warriors who had accompanied Tom and the driver had to run after those who
