11. Green Snake

Eros POV

I parked my car anywhere, when I got in front of the office, then got out of the car. Throwing the keys at the security guard is the first thing I do when my feet touch the floor.

“Good afternoon, Director.”

The same greeting every morning made me reluctant to reply. I just nodded my head in return for their politeness.

“Director, have you arrived?” A man with a stiff, dull appearance approached me when he saw me getting out of the car. Rudy's face covered in panic, and the handkerchief that he used to wipe his forehead proved that cold sweat had soaked down just now. “The Chairman has been waiting for you at the office. He seems furious that you moved out of the resident.”

I rushed to the elevator because my assistant told me that the old man — the owner of this company or none other than my grandfather — was in my office. There's no need to imagine how his face looks right now, he must be
