LOGINAlexander POV
I descended downstairs once again after all the pack members had been gathered as I ordered.
She was a rogue… but she was mine.
And they had touched something that belonged to me.
For that, they would all be punished.
My wolf took control, and his aura spread everywhere. He had not felt such rage since Kara’s death.
My nails extended into sharp claws.
Long fangs protruded from my clenched mouth while my back arched forward.
A thick layer of black fur covered my skin.
My vision sharpened.
I heard frantic heartbeats around me.
At this moment, they were facing the most terrifying creature in this world.
I do not say that because Valkyr is my Lycan… but because he is the fiercest and strongest Lycan of all.
If he were my enemy, I would undoubtedly be dead.
My Lycan howled while his opponents began their shifts.
I waited, enjoying the fear radiating from them.
Seconds passed as the monster unleashed its fury. Everyone around it fell, blood splattered on the walls, and headless corpses littered its feet, yet this did not satisfy the Black Wolf. They had wronged his mate, and he would never forgive them.
In a few moments, the Alpha, the Beta, and every soldier before me were lifeless corpses.
Despite their numbers, they did not even last a few minutes against him.
I ordered my Beta to bring vehicles, clothes, and supplies to evacuate all the women and children to other packs so they would not become rogues.
After that, I returned to my human form.
A painful tightness clenched inside me, though I did not understand the reason behind that strange feeling.
But suddenly, her image appeared in my mind.
My possessiveness toward her was dangerous.
A new feeling I had never experienced before.
My Lycan needed to learn self-control around her, because I would not allow that rogue to influence me.
That woman was supposed to become the perfect Luna.
Strong.
Brave.
Ready to fight.
And above all, she was supposed to make me proud, not be some weak rogue I would feel ashamed of.
I reached the room where I had left her and shoved the door open forcefully before entering.
The room was empty.
My expression froze for a moment before a cold smile slowly spread across my lips.
“So… you want to play a game of cat and mouse, rogue.”
I didn’t enter the room.
My eyes carefully scanned the area.
Her scent was still clearly present.
My gaze landed on the door at the end of the corridor.
I pushed it open and stepped outside directly, her scent hitting me even stronger.
There was a staircase beyond the door.
I descended quickly and headed toward a gate leading outside, specifically toward the forest.
The moment I reached the forest, I surrendered to my predatory instincts.
My Lycan took over and rushed through the woods searching for his favorite prey.
The woman whose name I still did not know.
She would belong to me forever.
I followed her scent easily.
“When we find her, you will not hurt her,” Valkyr growled while running through my mind.
“Do not worry. I will merely teach her obedience, nothing more. I will make her abandon all rogue matters,” I replied seriously.
I stopped abruptly before shifting back into my human form immediately.
The smell of blood was so strong, I took cautious steps through the trees until my eyes fell upon her.
The body of an old woman lay on the ground, covered entirely in blood.
I crouched down beside her, my eyes narrowing sharply as I examined the wound near her heart.
It was definitely a dagger wound.
"She was killed a short while ago," I muttered coldly, touching the still-fresh blood.
But the thing that suddenly made anxiety claw through my chest… was her scent.
I lifted my head quickly and began searching between the trees, tracking her trail, but only a short distance away from the corpse the scent completely vanished.
“What exactly is happening? The scent disappeared.”
I contacted my Beta.
“Listen to me carefully,” I said sharply while my eyes kept scanning the trees with caution. “Bring me five Lycans and come immediately to the forest behind Blood Moon Pack’s palace. And tell Zak to bring me the Red Witch here. We might need her.”
There was a strange energy in this place… and an unsettling feeling inside me.
The sound of fast footsteps cut through my thoughts, and moments later Evan appeared before me, followed by five Lycans.
They all bowed immediately upon seeing me.
“Your orders, King Alexander.”
“Search for the girl I found inside Blood Moon Pack’s palace.” My voice came out sharp and full of command. “I want this entire area completely scanned.”
I stepped forward, my eyes growing darker.
“Find her… by any means necessary.”
He nodded quickly, and after I described her, they all rushed into the forest at high speed.
Only minutes passed before Zak appeared out of nowhere with the Red Witch.
Zak bowed to me and forced the Red Witch to bow as well.
The Red Witch suddenly lifted her head in shock and began looking around wildly.
“How…! This is impossible. It can’t be.”
I didn’t understand what this damned woman was talking about, but she looked terrified for a reason I couldn’t grasp.
I was about to speak when she suddenly whispered in fear, trembling:
“He is alive… the Devil has returned again.”
Maria POV"Nokthar Valen... Sitra Domin... Aether Kal..." Ezelina chanted the spell for what had become an uncountable number of times by now.I closed my eyes in frustration before exhaling heavily."I’m really tired of this… I can’t do it. I won’t succeed."Every attempt ended in the exact same failure… nothing happened.Ezelina approached me and spoke seriously."You will succeed. Just try with greater focus, please. Spells do not require the curse to be broken or your magic to be fully released in order for you to use them. They are the easiest thing a witch can do."I whispered the spell once more."Nokthar Valen... Sitra Domin... Aether Kal..."And I failed again…"I can’t focus because of what you said earlier… about that bastard wanting my offspring." I sighed tiredly while rubbing my hand over my face nervously. "He’s not thinking about marrying me… is he?"Ezelina quickly lifted her gaze toward me before trying to reassure me."Don’t worry. The Devil of Black Magic is infert
Alexander POVWe returned to my kingdom after I made sure she had disappeared from the Black Moon Pack. All that occupied my mind now were the redhead’s words when she said that the Devil had returned once again. After that, she did not say another word, and the look in her eyes had been strange… as if she had seen something beyond her ability to endure.Could that be the reason for her disappearance?I will find her no matter what happens.I can still feel the bond between us, and that means she is still alive. She is mine… and she will remain mine forever, even if I reject her.Knocks on the door pulled me out of my thoughts.Ivan entered first and bowed respectfully before speaking seriously."King Alexander, we found no trace of her… it is as if she vanished completely from the lands of Malifrik."Rage ignited inside me, and I slammed my fist against the desk violently."Bring me the redhead immediately."Ivan disappeared from in front of me at once, and only moments later he retur
Maria POVAlright… didn’t I say I would never be surprised by anything ever again?"Excuse me… I am what?" I whispered in disbelief. "You must be mistaken. I’m just an Omega who spent her entire life as a servant inside a pack that hated her.""That was exactly what was supposed to happen," Ezelina said seriously while slowly flying in front of me. "No one could be allowed to suspect your true identity. I know this is difficult for you… but this is the truth.""How am I even a hybrid?!" My voice rose uncontrollably. "I spent my entire life wondering who I was… who my family was… why nobody knew anything about me… but this?!" I ran my hand violently through my hair. "How the hell do you expect me to believe all of this?!""And why now exactly? Why is everything appearing now?" I continued questioning, trying to understand the curse that had fallen upon me.The door suddenly burst open, and that Devil walked in with a huge smile on his face."Because your hidden magic has been weakening
Maria POV"Wake up, woman. We need to talk before one of the Devil’s followers comes." The voice reached my ears as if it were coming from somewhere very far away.I raised my hand to my head tiredly, but suddenly I remembered. My mate, the Lycan King, the old man, the Black Magic Devil and his beast, and his followers…I gasped sharply and sat up quickly, only to feel dizziness strike me violently. My breathing began to quicken as my eyes moved around the place in confusion."Calm down, Maria. Don’t panic. Let’s think about how to get out of here first, then we can think about everything else." I tried to calm myself despite the unease and fear inside me."If I were you… I would never calm down." The voice suddenly rang out, making me jump from my place in terror.I turned around quickly, my eyes moving frantically around the room. But no one was there."Here… beside your right shoulder." The voice echoed again in a slightly annoyed tone, as if its owner was irritated that it took me

Maria POVThe moment that was supposed to be the most beautiful in my life… turned into something painful and confusing.I shut my eyes tightly, trying to stop my tears from falling. My entire body hurt. And all the emotions that crashed into me at once barely allowed me to stand. But I couldn’t stay here.I stood up with difficulty, forcing my mind to stop thinking completely, and began searching the room for anything to wear. My eyes landed on some men’s clothes thrown near the wardrobe.I hesitated for only a moment before quickly grabbing them. They were far too large for my small body, but I managed to put them on with difficulty.A few minutes later, I slowly opened the door.I took a deep breath, then started moving carefully through the corridors. I avoided every sound, every movement, while my heart pounded wildly in fear that someone might see me.But the palace was almost empty.Everyone was gathered now… exactly as Alexander had ordered. And that meant…This was my only cha
