The carriage creaked to a stop outside the old hut where Papa Ganda waited, his fingers tapping anxiously against his staff. Hearing the soft sounds of footsteps, he stood. The door opens moments later, revealing Alice and Nyssa.

“Welcome back.” Papa Ganda’s lips stretched as he examined their bodies. There was no blood or wounds. His contoured face relaxed a bit,
