Arielle stepped into Ethan’s chambers

The door closed behind her with a low sound.

The chamber was dim, lit only by the fire and the thin wash of moonlight filtering through tall windows. Ethan stood in front of a painting, his back to her, hands braced against his back.

For a long moment, neither of them spoke.

The silence pressed. It Tested.

Arielle took a breath and broke it first.

“Are you going to look at me,” she asked calmly, “or should I pretend I’m speaking to the wall?”

Ethan turned.

Ethan’s eyes remained on Arielle and Leo for a moment before turning to the guards standing nearby.“Bring me a table,” he commanded, his deep voice carrying a quiet authority. The guards immediately bowed. “Yes, Alpha.”“And a chair.”He pointed toward the large oak tree at the far end of the royal garden, where its wide branches cast a cool shade over the grass.“Set them beneath that tree over there..”His gaze shifted to another guard.“Bring today’s scrolls, pack reports, and every pending document awaiting my approval.”“At once, Alpha.”The guards bowed again, but one of the guards hesitated, clearing his throat nervously. "Forgive me, Alpha…” The guard swallowed.“But wouldn't your private study be more suitable? It would be far more conducive for reviewing official state documents"A sudden heavy silence settled between them.Ethan slowly turned his head. His piercing gray eyes rested on the guard.“You dare question your Alpha?”The guard’s face immediately lost its color

“Ugh… this tastes so bitter, Dru.”Arielle scrunched up her face after taking the first sip of the steaming tea. Her nose wrinkled, and she looked down at the cup as though it had personally offended her.Drusilla couldn’t help laughing.“I know, my Lady.”She folded her hands politely over her apron.“But Alpha Ethan instructed me to make sure you finish every single drop. Besides, Seer Nyra also said it will help steady your emotions.”Arielle let out a dramatic sigh, rolling her eyes toward the ceiling. “I complained about the tea, Dru, not because I wanted a lecture.”A smile tugged at Dru’s lips.“Then the solution is simple,” Dru said, pointing toward the cup. “Drink up my lady and I will be quiet.”“Fine.”Closing her eyes tightly, Arielle pinched her nose, tilted her head back, and gulped the entire tea down in one long gulp. The bitterness hit almost instantly. She coughed once before sticking out her tongue.“Oh, Moon Goddess…” She squeezed her eyes shut. “That is absolutel

Xander’s brows furrowed. Curious, he began reading. The passage spoke of a legendary Luna blessed directly by the Moon Goddess herself— a ruler unlike any who had come before or after her, a being possessing a divine power beyond imagination. As his eyes moved down the script, the color slowly drained from Xander's face. The descriptions written hundreds of years ago felt disturbingly terrifyingly familiar.“The sudden surge of blinding silver light…”“The overwhelming pressure… the crushing aura…”Xander's mind drifted back to the Moon Nexus. He remembered the blinding silver light that had erupted from Arielle's skin. He remembered the suffocating weight in the air. He remembered how his own knees had betrayed him, forcing him to the dirt along with the rest of the wolves at the Nexus. His heartbeat quickened, a cold sweat breaking out from his temples. “No,” he muttered, shaking his head almost immediately. Then, his eyes stopped on a single, heavily inked sentence at the bott

(The Moon Titan Pack) Morning sunlight poured through the tall windows of the Ashford Mansion, bathing the grand sitting room in a warm glow. Aurora descended the grand staircase gracefully, dressed in elegant Luna robes trimmed with silver embroidery. Reaching the bottom landing, she paused and looked back up toward the second-floor balcony. "Alpha Arnold, come down," she called out. "The pack is already waiting at the gathering grounds." Footsteps echoed from above, and Arnold appeared, dressed in his ceremonial Alpha attire—a dark tailored jacket adorned with the Moon Titan crest. He descended confidently. But halfway down the stairs, his steps slowed. His posture stiffened, and a look of profound irritation flashed across his face. Aurora noticed his expression and turned. Seated comfortably on one of the couches near the hearth was Alpha Xander. Still dressed in his night robe, with one leg crossed over the other, he swirled a glass of liquor in his hand. H

Ethan stepped into his private chamber. Arielle was seated quietly on the bed, waiting for him.The moment she saw him, a small smile appeared on her face.“You came back.”A faint smile tugged at Ethan’s lips.“I told you I would.”He closed the door behind him and walked over, stopping in front of her. His gray eyes studied her face carefully.“How are you feeling now?”“I’m alright.”His gaze lingered on her.“Are you sure?”“Yes.” Arielle nodded. A small, wry smile touched her lips as she flipped the concern back onto him. She let out a soft sigh.“Oh, Alpha Ethan,” she said gently, “I should be the one asking you that.”Her eyes dropped directly on his chest, where the milk-colored shirt slightly covered the fresh herbal paste. "You're the one who actually got injured, not me."Before he could answer, Arielle stood up. She caught him by the forearms, her touch gentle but firm as she guided him to sit down on the edge of the bed in her place. “Sit.”Ethan looked at her with amus

Turning back to Arielle, the seer reached out and gently cupped her face.“I am sure by now you realize the Moon Goddess has marked you because she is preparing you for something big in the future. A great destiny awaits, Arielle, and only you possess the bloodlines to fulfill it.”Arielle’s heart skipped.“I know.”She hesitated.“But do you know what it is?”“I do not know the exact details,” Nyra admitted softly. “The Goddess does not reveal her full will all at once. But with time, the path will become clear.”Arielle remained silent for a moment. Then she asked the question that had been haunting her.“What if I’m not strong enough? What if I fail to control it, and it ends up consuming me anyway?”“You must not harbor any doubts, dear,” Nyra said, her touch warm against Arielle’s cheek. Arielle looked at her.“You will learn. You will grow. And you will control it.” Nyra smiled warmly.“You are the true mate of the strongest Alpha in the Wolf Realm.”Ethan remained silent, but

The silence in the room was suffocating.Drusilla stood frozen, her lungs seized, as the tip of Seraphina’s cane stopped mere inches from the scrap of fallen silk. It sat mockingly atop the dark rug, a shimmering shard of evidence that could end Drusilla’s life before the sun finished its descent.
