Chapter 7: Woman in his house?

He opened the door. But what he saw at the entrance was none other than his secretary, Amber.

" Amber? What are you doing here at this hour? ", Jacob asked.

Amber was as pale as a white paper sheet. It was as if she had hurried here without caring for anything. And when she heard his boss say what she was doing here, she lost it.
