Jessie didn't have to compel Peter, once he came to his senses and saw Christian's face, he started to cry. His tough facade was long gone.
"Why did you come here?" Christian asked.
Jessie looked over at him, never had she seen him so serious before, with his arms crossed over his broad chest and a stern look on his face.
Still bawling, Peter begged for his life. "Please, we only followed that bitch here. I wanted to see what this place is like and cash in."
"Cash in?" Christian asked in confusion.
"He means he's here for payment, because he thinks that I'm his property and he sold me to you, so now he wants his payment." Jessie informed Christian.
