Kira POV
I didn't hesitate before slapping the idiot. How dare he just walk up to me and start saying sh*t? I could still feel my blood boiling hot. "How dare you, huh? How dare you motherf**king pieces of sh*t just walk to me and start saying sh*t, huh? Do I look like a sl*t to you?" I spat, folding my fist angrily. If there was a person I hate the most, it's those perverted guys who think they could get under every girl's skirt. He slowly looked up at me, his eyes holding a sliver of glare in them. "Hey, I really see reason why you're getting worked up about this; it's not like it's something new. And that slap of a thing, it was just so childish of you," he shot "What? Are you out of your f**king mind?" I snapped, now that I think about it. This guy deserves more than a slap. "Of course not...so many girls out there would be dying to get a demigod like me to talk to them, but you..." "Well, for you information I'm not so many girls and If there's one person I hate the most it's bloody perverted guys who think they could get under every girls skirts. Gosh, you disgust me. Out of my way, please!" I snapped as I roughly pushed him aside and then brushed past him. I could still feel his gaze on me as I walked, but I was just too angry to care, even about the necklace I couldn't get. Well, maybe I'll talk to one of the attendants to keep it for me. I'll just come get it tomorrow. For now, I don't think I can stand that bastard anymore. Dylan POV 'Wow, feisty, huh?' I muttered to myself as I turned to watch her leave with a smirk. To be honest, her words or actions did nothing to me; if anything, they made me want her even more. Hmm. She seems interesting, and I think I like her for that. But now, with my erected d**k, I scanned the place for any available b**ch, but none of them met my standards. Damn! I turned immediately to leave in the other direction when suddenly I bumped into someone who was holding a plate of ketchup, which spilled on me. I glanced down at my stained shirt and looked up with a smirk. "Oh, I'm so... sorry, please. I really am. I..." My smirk broadened as I stared down at the skittish-looking attendant who had her gaze on the floor. She was quite busty too; maybe I could... you know. "Please, I'm really sorry...." "How about I steal you for a few minutes, though, and we pretend this never happened?" "Huh?" She looked up to me with confused eyes. Oh, please! I rolled my eyes. "Meet me in the restroom if you still value your job," I said and began to leave. I was still walking, trying to locate the restroom, when I felt something slip into my palm. I looked down at it; it was a note, and it read 'LET'S MEET AT A FIVE-STAR HOTEL TONIGHT.' I smirked and looked up to see whoever must have slipped in the note, and then I spotted her. It was a lady with an extremely large @$$ and tiny b**bs who was purchasing some groceries with her boyfriend. Our eyes met, and she winked knowingly at me. I smirked back. Hmm. Not bad! "Deal," I mouthed and turned to leave. That's just it; they never get tired of throwing themselves at me, and so I never get tired of f**king them. And now that I think about it, whoever the b**ch I'm getting married to is, She should better get ready for this, because there's no way I'm ditching this lifestyle for anything, and she better be busty, or else it's going to be worse. *Next Morning* Kira POV I walked into the mall and headed straight to the jewelry section. I didn't really have much time; tomorrow is the introduction ceremony, and I really need to get home as soon as possible to join in the preparation. I had already gone to take leave from my place of work, so I had just decided to stop here and used the opportunity to pick up the necklace. I walked up to the actual spot where I'd seen it before the bastard from yesterday interrupted. However, on getting there, I couldn't find it. What???!!! Wait, don't tell me that attendant sold it. because I gave a clear indication for it not to be sold and even made a down payment for it. "Darn it," I sighed frustratedly and turned, ready to go query the attendants. "Looking for this?" A familiar face suddenly popped up in front of me, and immediately my eyes dimmed. What is he doing here? I trailed my gaze to the thing he was holding out for me to see, and the moment my gaze landed on it. My eyes widened. It was the necklace. What the...?! Immediately I bolted up to him and tried snatching it from him, but then he shifted back and held it up away from me so I couldn't reach it. "Hey, easy, dearie," he said calmly, but I was already fuming. "And how did that get into your possession?" I queried, and he smiled. "Isn't it obvious I already bought it?" "What?!" I exclaimed in shock, my eyes widening in disbelief. "H... how come? But I already made a down payment for it," I said, and he smirked. "Well, too bad you were late with your payment. I paid in full, so it's mine now," he said with a silly grin. And just at that moment one of the attendants walked over to us with a bright smile on his face. I recognized him to be the same attendant who I paid, and I frowned. "Oh, Miss Reed, I see you're here for the neck...." "You! How could you do this to me? I made half payment for it so you could keep it for me, so how come you sold it already?" I half yelled at the attendant, who just stared at me perplexed. "I'm so sorry, Miss, but I don't get you. Please, what exactly are you talking about?" "The necklace!" I shouted and pointed at the necklace in the guy's grip. "Why did you sell it to him?" He turned to take a look at what I was talking about, and immediately his eyes widened. "What! No, I didn't sell it," he muttered, and my eyes widened too. What? So how.... I turned to look at the guy only to see he was now smirking smugly at me. And then it became clear to me, It was all a prank! And this bastard definitely did it on purpose—to get my attention, obviously. I rushed up to him. This time around I didn't wait for him to figure out my intention before I snatched the necklace from him. He simply raised a brow. "Seriously, how could you be so petty!" I snapped. God, I can't believe I wasted my precious time with this idiot. Now what was I going to tell Aunt Finna was the reason for my delay? "Honestly, I wasn't expecting you would fall for that." "Well, thanks to you I'm late now, so f**k off!" I snipped and turned to the attendant. "How much did you say my balance was again?" "Three hundred dollars, miss," he replied quickly. I dipped my hands into my bag and brought out some money. I counted it and was about to give it to the attendant when suddenly the bastard stepped forward, stretching out a black card. "Here, let me pay for it," he said, handing it to the attendant. Immediately I collected the card from the attendant and threw it back at him. "Thanks, but I don't need your godforsaken money." I spat and then paid the attendant in cash. After that, I turned to leave. I had only taken two steps forward when suddenly a thought struck me. I turned back to the guy; not so surprisingly, he was still standing there watching me. I retraced my steps back and stood very close to him, then I stood on my toes so I could reach his height, locking eyes with him. I spat. "Look, I don't know what your problem is and why you are doing all this, but let me tell you something: I'm not that kind of girl, okay? Yeah, I'm not the girl you can easily buy with money. So I'll advise you to stay away from me. Yes, stay the f**k away from me if possible; we shouldn't meet again. because the next time I see you anywhere near me, I swear to God I won't think twice but to crush your balls!" I threatened darkly and with that turned to leave.Kira’s POV Dylan! His name rang in my before I could even speak. Subconsciously, my fist clenched beside me as I watched them with darkened gaze. I could feel my blood boiling. Even though I knew I wasn't supposed to get angry after all, I was married to Mr. Flirt so I shouldn't expect anything less, but I just couldn't help it. The bastard! Shouldn't he at least have some little shame? We just got married, for crying out loud. Shouldn't he have respected me and done it elsewhere? Oh God! Furiously, I tightened my already balled fist and made to march up to them when a hand suddenly tapped me from behind. I turned to see a middle-aged man staring broodingly at me. "Excuse me, young lady, but you're stepping on my things." "Oh really..." I looked down, and truly, I was stepping on his clothes. I didn’t even notice. I looked up to him with a bashful smile. "Oh... I'm so sorry," I quickly apologized and stepped aside, but he just shrugged, picked up the suit from the floor, an
Kira’s POV I stood before the altar, facing the jerk who just couldn't stop smiling foolishly at me. Like seriously, what was so funny? Gosh! What the hell was his problem? Damn! I don’t know how long this is gonna take, but God knows someday I’ll be the one to smack that smug look off his face. I know he must be feeling real satisfied now, thinking he finally got what he wanted getting his parents to marry me off to him. Well, joke’s on him. He has no idea what's coming, ‘cause I plan on making his life very interesting. “Anything the problem? You’ve been glaring too much,” he suddenly said, and I couldn’t help but scoff. “Isn’t it obvious? I’m getting irritated seeing your sickening, annoying face. God knows how hard it is holding myself back from puking,” I snapped. He just chuckled. “Really? Should I take that as a compliment?” he grinned. I rolled my eyes. “Whatever suits you.” Gawd! Where was the damned priest who said he was just going to get something from his offic
Kira's POV "Let's run away," I said Immediately, my voice trembling but resolute. Jamison froze, his eyes wide with disbelief. “W–what? What did you just say?” he stammered. “I said let’s run away, Jamison,” I repeated, this time firmer, more certain. I reached for his hands, hoping he would see how desperate I was, how we really needed to do this but surprisingsly he stepped back away from me, shaking his head negatively. “Are you being serious right now, Kira? Run away? Seriously?” he said more like scoff “Yes,” I reaffirmed. “It’s the only way out of this. Do you really think staying here will change anything? My father’s already made the deal—he’s marrying me off to him. He’s given them his word, Jamison, and once he does that, there’s no going back. You don’t know my father like I do... he’ll stop at nothing.” “I’m sorry, Kira,” he cut in suddenly, his tone firm. “But I can’t do this with you.” “W-what? I blinked, stunned. "But… why?” I asked, in a shaky v
Kira POV "What?!" I exclaimed, shocked and in utter disbelief as Aunt Finna's words finally sank into my skull. But wait... she couldn't possibly mean it, right? Immediately, I sprang to my feet, leaving a whimpering Mina behind. I stormed off to her. "What did you just say, Aunt?!" "Well, you heard me right, young lady. The Bills' son is interested in marrying you instead of your sister." "What?! Over my dead body will I f**king do that. Look, I'd rather die than marry that son of a gun-" That was all I could rant before Dad suddenly stormed in. He looked furious as hell, swinging a belt in his hand. Oh God... My eyes widened the moment he approached me. "B**ch! You girls must really take me for a joke, huh? First, it was your sister who made a fool of herself, and now you're here trying to go against me?!" he barked as he stood in front of me. instinctively I shifted back in fright. "Dad, I..." The rest of my words got stuck in my throat. He pounced on me imm
MinaEverything happened just too fast.First with the drink slipping out of my grip, then the loud crash that sounded when the glass contents spilled on Dylan and hit the floor.I didn't need to be told of the damage it caused, because the next thing I heard,"Bloody hell, I'm sooo not doing this sh*t anymore" followed by the receding footsteps proved it all.I landed on the floor and gasps filled the air."Mina!!!" I heard dad's booming voice."Sis!!" I heard approaching footsteps rushing towards me and I slowly turned my head to the sides only to see Kira running towards me."Sis, are you alright?" she knelt beside me"Don't worry I'll tend to her, just go clean up the mess," Aunt Fina appeared suddenly, coming to stand beside us"Okay" Kira mumbled and threw me one last concerned and worried look before reluctantly leaving my side.Aunt slowly helped me to my feet and that was when I noticed the living room was now empty."Don't worry they all went outside to discuss. C'mon, let m
Kira Pov It was the introduction ceremony today, and the groom's family had already arrived. I looked around at the faces of all the men present, wondering which of them could be the groom. Obviously he wasn't here yet, cause don't tell me it's one of this middle aged men right? I thought as I readjusted myself in the safe corner where I hid watching everything going on in the living room. Since I wasn't the one getting married I wasn't allowed to show my face just yet. Mina together with Dad and Aunt Fina, were already seated at the dining table entertaining the visitors. They were just four in number, three men and one woman. Without being told, I could tell that the woman who was anxiously tapping on her phone, was the groom's mother. I observed her wondering what was wrong with her, and why she looked so worried. "He's still not picking right?" one of the men with her asked. He was an elderly with gray hair. "Of course not! Darius, that boy had better not try playing ga
