Chapter 1: The Introduction and characters

Maya had just came back from her 2nd shift where she worked as a waitress in a restaurant when she over heard her step Mother and father talking about a marriage arrangement between their family and The Smith family.

Maya Adams a 20 years old girl who lived with her father and stepmother in the big city of Atlanta, her stepmother had a daughter whose name was Mira. Maya’s Mother has been in coma for over 6 months. A month after Maya’s mother went into coma her husband Gavin Adams married another woman whose name was Doris which was Mira’s mother after marrying her she made Gavin stopped paying for Maya’s mother hospital bills. So Maya had to take 3 jobs and stopped college just to look after her mother and pay her hospital bills.

Gavin! Maya’s father was a business mogul but was at the edge of bankruptcy after making some bad investments that clashed. The only way for his company to get back on their feet was to seek help from the richest family in the city of Atlanta which was The SMITH Family.

The Smith Family has just one Son named Jason Smith the heir and successor of the smith family. A man who never shows his face in the public. People often call him the anonymous Heir.

How will the son of the richest family be ashamed to show his face to the world 🌎only his family and close family friends knew what he looked like rumors spreaded like wild fire that he was ugly just as a monster 👹 some said he had some kind of contagious illness while some said he might be disabled why most people offen wonder what could possibly be wrong that his family wealth couldn’t take care of. At the same time Mr and Mrs smith had there own worries which was “Will their son ever get married”. Because they weren’t getting any younger and for him to take over their empire he needs a woman by his side. They tried their best to match make him with other prestigious women from well known families but to no avail. They knew Jason wasn’t always that way he was a sweet, kind man full of life and energy he was always the life of the party not until his Ex girlfriend Olivia cheated on him with his best friend. At that moment he gave up on love he automatically believed there wasn’t any good woman in the world he believed love is transactional and he haven’t been his real self ever since that incident. But his parent had their own plans and would never let him end up been alone for the rest of his days so they set a term stating that before the family company is handed over to him he must be married else all the fortune of The Smith Family would be passed to Charity.
