A Nightmare

Working late at his home office, he worked into the night, so deep that he didn’t even know that the time was gone. It was almost eleven thirty two and he was still up.

Sighing, he pushed the file he was working on aside and stood up from behind his desk.

Yawning, he used the back of his hand to cover his mouth, then he walked out of his office. He walked to the kitchen to grab a cup of water for the road to sleep land.

For some weird reason, drinking water before bed helped him sleep better and sometimes, faster. After drinking a glass full of water, he walked upstairs, and he had almost opened the door of his room and disappeared inside when he heard some moaning.

Furrowing his brows in confusion, he heard it again, and he could tell it was coming from Alex's room. What in the world was happening? He thought as he started to walk down the corridor towards her room. He paused at the door to listen, wanting to be sure it was not a moan of pleasure.
