LOGINALLISON'S P.O.V.
“What the hell are you doing here?” He questioned Francis as I moved towards a corner. “She hadn't eaten anything, that's why I'm here” Francis was fazed by his aura or anything as he stared right back into Orion's eyes and a part of me felt like they had a past that was ruined Were they perhaps best friends? “Go to your room, Allison” He growled at me and without thinking, I immediately stood up, I looked towards Francis who assumed me to go he will be fine, and I walked up the stairs and dashed through the door Though my back was fully healed, it still hurt a little bit, I couldn't quite stop the pain, but I knew it will soon stop. The maid of the house continued to look at me weirdly as I walked towards my room, and I shut the door. It was a normal thing ever since I got here, all they ever did was gossip about me and they hated me. It was just like my pack but this time no one had the right to touch me except for Orion. I felt a bit relieved as the water from the shower poured on my body, but I was still worried about Francis. It was pretty obvious that he wasn't scared of him, which only meant they shared something which was difficult to tell. The door to the room opened as I stepped out of the room, and he walked in with his hands behind him, which made me swallow slowly as I looked at him “Go to my room as soon as you are done. No leave or I'll kill you myself” He looked at me in disgust before leaving the room without me replying, and I let out a sigh. If only he could recognize the bond, this wouldn't have been happening I wiped my tears away and immediately dressed up before heading towards his room, but I saw him walking out of the house, which made me confused, why did he ask me to stay in the room? I let out a sigh before I went to the room and closed myself in. I've only been here at night and come to think of it, this place was darker than I presumed, the only light coming in here was from the closed window. He never liked the lights after all After what seemed to be an hour, I couldn't take it anymore, I began looking around for something to read, but I was stunned I found piles of documents that seemed uncountable underneath the bed I began to read, and I saw many things from his past which made me let out a small smile, he was thrilled when he was little, at least in photos, but in some of them I could see that he was forced to smile, and he looked like the exact replica of his father I heard many things about his father and how ruthless he was while growing up, but he was worse than his father and the curse placed on him just made it worst, I looked curiously at a particular photo and I saw him and Francis with 'Brothers' written on it which made me confused They are brothers? No, that's impossible, Francis had said his mother ran away for another man when he was young, and it was very obvious that Orion was older or the same age as Francis. Could it be that they are twins? I heard the handle of the door and I immediately pushed the pushed back and sat on the floor like I always do, but then I saw Francis who was standing at the shut door looking at me weirdly and I smiled “What are you doing here?” He asked as he walked towards me. “He asked me to stay here without leaving, or he might kill me” I still get chills upon knowing he could kill me at any time and wouldn't hesitate about it “He isn't home, why would he keep you here? Well, if you need…" “Francis?” He looked at me with his eyebrows raised confused “... What happened between you and Alpha?” I saw as the smile fell from his face immediately, and I realized my suspicions were actually true, there was something between them. “He changed after the witch cursed him. Nothing and no one mattered to him anymore. The brotherhood we kept since birth broke off, he wasn't the person I considered to be my best friend anymore, but regardless, it became what it is now. No one can control him, and the one person we thought might change it…" “We?” “The chief maid took care of us as kids. We thought his mate might do something to bring him back, but he got rejected, so there's no hope for him anymore” “I… I'm sorry to hear that” “You'll soon be out of here, you just need to have a son, and you'll be free” He smiled before he picked a piece of paper and left, I couldn't help but feel disheartened It was obvious, Francis wanted his best friend back, the pack wanted their Alpha back, but how was I meant to do that if he didn't even recognize the mate bond? I needed to try to make it happen, for Francis at least. I pulled the box out and continued to look through it and I saw a book that was named 'The Oracle' something about the book didn't feel right, but I put the book aside to read later in case he didn't come back and the door opened again but this time it wasn't Francis, it was the Chief maid who had a smile on her face then she left That was odd I let out a sigh and my entire money froze in place as I noticed a family photo which I presumed to be his, but my eyes were fixed on his mother and I realized that was my step-father's mistressALPHA ORION. I hate that I'm not with Allison right now, but Eric was right, we have to be smart about this. “You ready?” I ask Francis and he nods his head. I push open the door and it's surprisingly not locked. Francis and I walk into the warehouse that is pitch black so we have to put on our torchlight, we also bring out our guns, so we're ready for any surprise attacks. We continue making our ways down when all of a sudden, all the lights come on, they're so bright that they're almost blinding. There right in front of me is Edward and behind him is an army of rogues. “Alpha Orion, the demon wolf, I have to admit I am disappointed, I expected you to find me sooner. But then I did hear that you were in a coma. Tell me now that your curse is broken, are you still the demon wolf?” He asks in a condescending tone. “How about you come over here and find out.” I tell him. “You know I never liked you.” He says. “I know, I never like
ALLISON'S POV. “Get out of my way Shelly.” I snarl at her. “Oh, so you've finally decided to bring out your claws?” She taunts me as he walks towards Leslie's crib and looks down at her. “I wonder, should I kill your daughter first or should I kill you first?” She asks. “Don't you dare lay a finger on her.” I growl at her, I do not know where all this bravery ans strength is coming from but I guess it's like they say when a child is in danger, a mother is capable of anything. She thankfully walks away from Leslie's crib and comes around to face me. “You know that all of this is your fault right? Sweet little Allison, you just couldn't stay put. I mean I don't even know what they see in you, I mean what do you have that I don't? I don't see it, but somehow you have two powerful men pinning over you.” She scoffs at me. “I don't want them Shelly, I just want my daughter, you can leave here and nothing has to happen. Just give me Leslie.” I tell her, hoping
ALLISON'S POV. Orion leaves the kitchen with Francis, I quickly wash and dry my hands and go after them. When I get to the living room, the three of them are all arming up like they are going to war. “I'm coming with you guys.” I tell them. “No.” Eric says. “Not going to happen Allison.” Orion says. “Yes it's going to happen. I'm coming.” I tell them. “Allison, it's safe for you and for us if you let us go in alone. I promise we'll bring Leslie back to you.” Eric tells me. “I trust you Eric but I need to go with you, I can't explain it, but I have to be there. I promise that I'll listen to you and I'll do everything you tell me to do.” I tell him. He glares at me and I can tell that he's not happy but I'm not backing down. He sighs and turns to look at Orion and Francis and the both of them nod their heads but they also do not look happy. “Fine, you can come, but you do exactly ad I say alright, stay behind us and do not go off on your
ALLISON'S POV. “Ok, so has she left?” I ask him. “No according to the tracker she's still at the pack, but she'll leave soon. We just have to wait.” He tells me. “So whichever one that we get a hit on first is that it?” I ask them. “Yes, that's it.” Eric says. “Ok.” I say and then I turn around and make my way to the kitchen, I need to keep my hands and my mind busy because if I stay in that living room and wait, I'm going to lose my mind. I mean we are so close to getting her back but why do I feel like something bad is about to happen. I bring out a bowl and pour the flour inside and then some eggs and butter, I decide to forgo the electric mixer and use my hands instead. “What are you making?” I look up to find Orion leaning against the kitchen wall. “I'm making the dough, for empanadas.” I tell him. “Wow, empanadas, I haven't had those since I was a child.” He tells me and immediately my mind goes to his mother, my uncles mi
ALLISON'S POV. We spent about two more hours back at blood moon pack and Big Maya told me a lot about my mother that I hadn't heard from my grandmother or Eric. Apparently my mother and Oscar eloped in Vegas after my mother found out that she was betrothed to Eric and then the one thing she told me that brought me to tears. Her father, Jeho, had a talk with my mother, she didn't find out about this talk until later, after Oscar and my mom had divorced. Her father told my mum the real reason why she and Oscar could not be together but then she didn't just end things, she planned a whole week, doing everything that they saw in their future, they even got a dog. But that wasn't what brought me to tears, it was the last part. Oscar's wish was that they would live in a house that was right in the middle of both packs and that was white they would raise their kids together. He described this dream house to my mum and luckily enough she was able to find something that wa
ALLISON'S POV. “You must be Allison.” Cole says as he approaches me with a smile on his face and I get up from my chair to greet him. “Yes I am, it's nice to meet you sir.” I tell him as I stretch my hand out for a handshake. “There will be none of that formality here my dear, your family, you can call me Cole or Uncle Cole, it's your choice.” He tells me. “Are these my handsome nephews? They look so much like Orion don't they.” He says as he stares down at them. “That's exactly what I told her.” Big Maya says. “So, my niece tells me that you have something important that you want to discuss with me?” He asks. “Yes, that is correct.” I tell him. “Alright then, let's sit down and talk.” He says, I take my seat back on the couch, he takes a seat on a single chair facing mine, while Maya sits down on the play mat with the kids. “First of all and I know this isn't the first time you've heard this, but you look just like your mother.
