Chapter Nine

Laila Pov

“The first thing you need to learn is to pay attention.” Ayesha said loudly to all the trianees at the training field.

I stood in the far back as I watched her belt out other things, I was in no way interested in what she had to say. I stared down at my training outfit, well fitted combats and a tank top paired with boots.

“You must be the new girl.” the guy beside me said. I turned my head in his direction, he was way taller than I am and had his attention strictly fowards without any glance my way and I understood why.

“I hope we're paying attention and not ogling at boys.” Ayesha said firmly directly at me, her eyes met with mine and it bored in my head. I resisted the urge to roll my eyes but she then set another question my way.

“Laila, tell us the last thing I said.” she crossed her hands behind her back with a slight smirk on her face. Why was she attacking only me? Of course she knew that I wasn't paying attention and saw it as a perfect chance to humili

She is weak, and I hate that for her. She keeps letting him bully her, and then she talks all that mess and then backs down.
