"Get your hands off me!" Astrid shrieked, clawing at my arms. "How dare you touch me! I'm carrying the James's child!"

I laughed, "You bitch, you are carrying James' child, seducing the alpha he respects the most, so I'll have to teach you a good lesson for him."

We struggled, the sound of tearing fabric filling the air. Astrid's nails raked across my skin, drawing blood, but I barely felt it through the haze of rage. All I could focus on was reclaiming what was mine, taking back some small piece of my dignity.

The fight that followed was brief but intense. We grappled, her nails raking across my skin as I tried to reclaim what was mine. I heard fabric tear and saw the flash of rage in her eyes as she realized I wasn't backing down this time.
