Chapter Thirty

My arms were folded over my chest. The sun was up. I never considered the thought of him going away would sadden me. He was so strong. After completing the bond he could still raise barriers between us to block his emotions. It was the frustrating point.

He let me feel his emotions last night. He loved me from the bottom of his soul. I wasn't brave enough to bring the words to my tongue. 'Am I overthinking?' I asked myself.

He hugged me from behind and rested his chin on my head, "Yes" He said in a low voice.

I curled my arms around his arms which were hugging my ribcage, "We'll have dinner together?" I asked him.

"We will," His peck was promising on my cheek. He stepped out of the mattress, heading to the washroom.

'Wanna come, mate?' He asked through our bond.

I gathered the bedsheet around me and paced toward the washroom. I heard him laughing as he sensed my excitement.
