Chapter 12: Mira's Death

Mira went to see her daughter. The Macdonalds were not home but that was just as well.

Mira needed time to convince her daughter of her bubbling health without someone interfering.

'Mum, good day, you are here. Where is the result? What the doctor say? I have been restless since morning'.

Mira laughed merrily and stopped as soon as she felt like crying because she knew she was about to lie to her daughter and that she might be leaving her soon, all alone in this cruel world.
