Tale 56: Chaos

“What…?! My lady!” Henry called as he ran after Cinderella. “Please wait!” he yelled as he picked up his pace.

The royal guards noticed the commotion and they also ran after Cinderella, trying to stop her for their prince. But with their actions, it just made Cinderella feel more dread and sped up her pace thinking that they want to catch her for her crime which is stealing!

“Oh, no… oh, no…” Cinderella muttered under her breath as she ran down the steps. “Oh, no. Oh, no! Oh, no - !” she muttered and almost tripped due to her glass slippers. “Damn it…!” she cursed and took off her glass slippers. Then, when she was about to pick them up, she stopped since she heard the approaching steps of the royal guards. She panicked, and picked up only one of her glass slippers before she resumed running away barefoot!

“Hallltttttt!!!” the royal guards shouted, but what can they do? Cinderella is surprisingly fast when running!
