Matthew
“Let me guess, you speak German too.” I tell Cassie when we were on our way to Germany. So fare everything has been perfect ever since we got to Europe. Touring with Cassie isn’t so bad, although I’d still prefer to visit other place with Cassie and Cassie alone. Minus all the hassle of preparing for a concert and what not.“warum sollte ich sonst hier sein?” She says in that perfect German diction.“English please.” I said, cuddling closer to her and ruffling her hair. I really love her confidence when it comes to these things. She said she’d been all over Europe before but travelling simply won’t make her an expert in languages like she is now.I know just how much hard work she put in learning each and every language she knows.“Why else would I be here?” She says. “Is what I said. I would have been left behind in Los Angeles if I don’t have an ace up my sleeve.&rdMatthew“Wow, there’s so much people tonight.” Kasey says, as we saw the huge crowd of people waiting in front the venue as we pulled up next to it an few hours before the concert.“Are those all our fans?” Landon asks, peeking from the window. “I mean, maybe there’s just an event right before ours.”“Nah, they’re all yours.” Mel says, flipping on the documents she’s holding. “There’s nothing scheduled before the concert so those people must have been waiting for the gates to open.”“Cool!” Clark says, enthusiastically. He doesn’t say any thing much but I know how happy he is that all of our concerts were sold out. We may have captured America but the world world is still out there to conquer with our music.“Aren’t you going to meet with your friends while we’re here?” I ask Cassie. She did say they were coming to Germany today
Cassie“Of all the places I’ve been to here in Europe, nothing really beats Amsterdam.” I tell Matthew when we came to our last stop for the European leg of their world tour. With its picturesque canal network, rich history and thrumming cultural scene, the capital of the Netherlands is one of the world’s most vibrant cities.“Oh, I think I remember one of Ed Sheeran’s songs have Amsterdam in its lyrics.” Matthew says, his brow furrowed trying to remember the name of the song.“I think it was used as a theme song in a movie.” He murmured to himself.I chuckled at him, looking so serious just because he can’t remember a name of a song.“Was it movie based on the best selling book book of John Green?” I asked him. Of course, I knew the book and I knew the song that was used as the theme song of the movie adaptation. I even knew the name of the lead actor and actress.“Hmm,
Cassie“So, have you read that book before?” Matthew asks me. “No, on second thought, don’t answer that. Of course you’ve read it. How can you not.”“I did.” I said, chuckling at him. “The story is actually really good.” I tell him.“That’s high praise coming from you.” He says.“Is that what got you interested in the place?” He asks, as we took a stroll around Amsterdam. I hate to admit it but Matthew really is good looking. I saw a handful of women turn heads just to take a second glance at him whenever we’re walking. And of course, he’s oblivious to all of it.“Nah.” I tell him. “Although it was also a book that got me interested but it wasn’t fiction but an autobiography.”“Tell me about it.” Matthew says curiously. That’s one thing I like about him. He’s always interested with the things that I
Matthew“O wow ow,” Kasey screams as Landon kicks him in the shins after he disturbed him in his sleep. Followed by fits of laughter after Landon kept hitting him. I swear to god this guy have some kind of fetish. Sometimes I wonder if Kasey is a masochist. He seems to complement Landon who looks like a sadist.“You can’t bother Hart when he’s sleeping.” Kasey says. He knows that yet he still bothered him.“He will beat you up so don’t go asking for it.” Clark says, watching the two of them.“Ouch!” He yells once again as Landon hits him with the pillow in the head.Kasey doesn’t seem like he had enough of his fun so he went to bother me while I was lying on the couch after Landon left. This guy didn’t seem to get tired after we just finished our European tour and after flying to South Korea for a few hours. Well, even Cassie and Mel went straight to working as soon as we got here.
Matthew"Hey, you know, your Japanese sounds good for an English speaker." Cassie commented after I ordered some ice cream.Even though she and I started going out, things had been pretty busy lately especially because of our world tour. We barely saw each other at all. Thank god she was able to come with us. Now that the tour is finally over, we can finally go on dates like a normal couple."How can you be so fluent in Japanese, too? It's like you're not American at all." I retorted. She definitely sounded like a native speaker and to be honest, I really love her accent."Cause I'm smart." She confidently said, getting her strawberry cone while I get the vanilla. "What? No snarky remarks?""Well, it's true." I said, putting my arm around her shoulder as we exited the ice cream parlor. She used to be so distant but now it felt like she gradually let me become closer to her. "Where do you want to go?""Hmmm." She said looking up at me with the shades on
Cassie"You should have told me you were coming with your boyfriend. I wouldn't have bothered you that way." A voice crept from behind me and I can't help but feel shivers down my spine."Seriously, Eric?" I asked, my eyes wide in disbelief. "Rain already came to me in America. Now, you're following me in Japan? Who's next?""Hey, it's not like I didn't give you a heads up." He said in defense. "I asked you to meet up with me so we can talk but you keep ignoring me."He's right. I sighed."You really do know how to get into his nerves do you?" Eric said, smiling sheepishly."Shut up." I snapped.I thought he would leave but Eric just stood silently behind me. This day had been too perfect I knew that one way or another, something would happen that will drag me from this fairytale back into my harsh reality. The moon up in the night sky was full. Its brilliance illuminates the waves crashing into the shore. The sea breeze blows gently from the east.
Cassie“What’s the commotion all about?” I asked when I went in to the room to find three monkeys harassing Matthew to the point that his face turned beet red from all their teasing.“Cassie, you won’t believe what just happened!” Landon says, running towards me when he saw me. Kasey and Clint won’t leave Matthew alone.“Why? What happened?” I asked him. Seriously, I thought every one will get a little break just after the world tour but it seems like the company has already something lined up for them soon right after. They should give them a break from time to time. I don’t want Matthew to collapse again from fatigue and over exhaustion. Nor the other members.“We’re having a collaboration.” Landon tells me.“And?” I asked him. It’s not like it’s their first time doing a collaboration. They’ve done a lot of collaborations with tons of other artists o
Matthew“Oh my god, I can’t believe those three fools had the energy to tease me the whole day.” I tell Cassie when we met up after work.“Well, it was pretty fun seeing them harass you all day.” Cassie chuckles. “You should have seen the look on your face.”Cassie is a few years younger than me but she’s always been so mature that I’m pretty sure right now that she wouldn’t be jealous just hearing the other members tease me about my celebrity crush the whole day. And even if she is, she’s not the type of person to try to hide it and would most certainly try to confront me about it so that I could re assure her.“What?” She asks when she catches me just staring at her.“I was just thinking that I think you’re the type of person to push your boy friend away to some other girl if he doesn’t stay loyal to you.” I tell her. Like if my feelings for her wavered fo
