Mission Doubleshot : 04

Finally, Robert and his guard met a man who was none other than a representative of the Blood mafia. They faced each other to begin the transaction. This made the atmosphere here slowly become tense. Robert and his guard were unaware of the Blood mafia representative's thoughts, and vice versa.

In addition, unbeknownst to these three people, several others were already in position.

Some were positioned on top of one of the containers, while others hid behind containers, walls, or even watched the other watchers. They came from different groups but shared the same goal: to take the mind control chipset. 

“Which one does my boss want, Robert?” said the Blood mafia representative. 

He wanted to ensure the device his boss wanted was genuine.

Robert smiled, without responding to the mafia representative's words, he opened his suitcase and showed him the dangerous device he had made. There was a chipset with a brain logo, several serums to support the chipset, and a small box containing the algorithm to recreate the dangerous device.

Soon, he closed his suitcase again. “Then where is the money I want?”

The Blood mafia representative immediately opened his suitcase, showing the money he had brought. To be even more convincing, he took a wad of money and slapped it against his face as if to show that it was real money.

Robert smiled. He was relieved that this mafia group wasn't deceiving him.

After that, Robert and the Blood mafia representative immediately checked the surroundings. They made sure everything was safe. Then they approached each other while carrying their suitcases. The tension was palpable, and Robert's bodyguard kept looking around.

“Okay, on the count of three, let's throw our suitcases,” said the Blood mafia representative, and Robert nodded. They both got ready with their suitcases and counted down.

Two.

Three.

BANG!

They threw their suitcases at each other, but at the same time, a bullet flew towards Robert and pierced his head.

Instantly, the situation changed. Everyone was completely shocked. Robert's suitcase, which contained the mind control chipset, was obtained by the Blood mafia representative, while the Blood mafia's suitcase containing the money fell to the ground.

Everyone was stunned. Including the people who had been watching the transaction. They did not expect anyone to be targeting Robert's life.

And the person who had killed Robert, Kenzo, immediately climbed down from the container to leave this place. The first stage of his mission was complete, and he just had to finish the next stage.

Meanwhile, the situation here instantly descended into chaos. The Blood mafia representative immediately ran away with the suitcase containing the mind control chipset. Meanwhile, Robert's bodyguard was blinded by greed and chose to take the suitcase containing the Blood mafia's money, without caring about his dead master. 

Maki saw all this clearly. He pulled the trigger of his gun and shot Robert's bodyguard dead on the spot. The suitcase containing the money was very tempting, but for now, he had to chase after the Blood mafia representative because the mind control chipset was far more important.

But just as he was about to run, a voice stopped him.

“DUCK!” Cylo shouted loudly, causing Maki to reflexively do so, and then...

A bullet flew towards the pole in front of Maki. Fuck. He was completely unaware that someone else had been following him from behind. But the mind control chipset was more important. 

“PROTECT ME! I'M GOING TO CHASE AFTER THE MAFIA!” Maki shouted, then, without caring about anything else, he immediately ran to chase after the Blood mafia. His only goal was the mind control chipset. He didn't care about anything else.

Cylo finally had to sigh, then he fired several shots at a man wearing a black jacket. Tsk, he had to finish this quickly.

Instantly, a shootout finally ensued. Cylo, a hitman, fought Ivo, a professional hacker. They shot at each other and didn't let each other go.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

“Tsk, looks like this is going to take a while,” Cylo clicked his tongue after his opponent managed to dodge several of his shots. He was now taking cover behind one of the containers. It seemed that the person he was facing this time was very well-trained, with extremely quick reflexes.

Ivo fired at the container where the white-haired man was hiding. “Tsk, if this continues, I'll lose the mafia,” he muttered irritably, then continued to bombard the old container with gunfire. The person he was fighting this time was very skilled and agile, even able to dodge some of his accurate shots. He had to be careful.

The two handsome men from opposing camps were exchanging gunfire. The atmosphere in this abandoned port became lively with the sound of gunfire. They hid while firing back at each other. As time passed, the distance between them grew closer, and the atmosphere became more tense. 

“Fuck, get out of my way, you bastard!” Cylo shouted irritably as he pointed his gun at Ivo.

Ivo did the same. He was increasingly annoyed by the words of the white-haired man in front of him. “You should get out of my way, asshole! I lost the mafia because of you!”

They fired at each other from close range, but both managed to dodge the shots. Their gazes sharpened, and their killer aura became more intense. Both of them were annoyed at having to waste time like this, causing them to lose the Blood mafia, who had the chipset.

“Fuck! I can't stand you anymore!” Cylo holstered his empty gun and ran towards Ivo.

Ivo also holstered his gun and ran towards Cylo. “You're really annoying!”

These two handsome men fought each other. They fought physically inside this old container. Cylo lunged at Ivo, but the hacker dodged him. Then Ivo quickly kicked Cylo in the waist. But Cylo immediately retaliated by punching Ivo in the face. The two fought fiercely with their bare hands.

Their gazes locked onto each other. Punches were met with punches, and kicks were met with kicks. Their faces were both red, a sign that they disliked each other more and more. They also got bruises from this fight.

Ivo gasped for breath as he stared at the white-haired man in front of him. His hands were clenched tightly. “You will be responsible for all my wasted time.”

“Damn it! You're the one wasting my time!” Cylo also gasped for breath as he continued to stare sharply at Ivo. He was getting angrier and angrier and wanted to kill the person in front of him immediately.

These handsome men stared at each other with rage. They wanted to kill each other. So without further ado, they immediately ran towards each other.

But at the same time, outside, a member of the Blood mafia was monitoring Ivo and Cylo's fight inside the container. He aimed his bazooka at the old container and pulled the trigger.

Ivo and Cylo, who were running towards each other, immediately realized this, so they turned around and jumped out until...

A huge explosion occurred, completely destroying the old container. Fortunately, these two handsome men managed to survive the explosion. However, they were forced to postpone their fight. And both of them immediately ran in opposite directions.

At the same time, on the other side, Maki continued to run after the Blood mafia representative who was carrying the suitcase containing the mind control chipset. He wanted to get his hands on that dangerous device, so without caring about anything else, including the crowd of people at the fish market, he continued to run with all his might to chase after that person.

And soon, he finally left the fish market area. Now he took out his gun, pointed it at the Blood mafia member who was still running in front of him, and pulled the trigger until...

Bang!

Instantly, Maki's body went limp. Pain spread throughout his body. He stiffly turned his gaze to the other side and saw the Blood mafia member smiling smugly at him.

Fuck. Once again, he had failed. Not only did he fail to shoot the Blood mafia member, but now his body was limp, and he collapsed to the ground. His lungs were punctured, blood began to flow from his chest, his body was shaking, his mouth felt stiff, and he was having trouble breathing. The pain was excruciating because the Blood Mafia's bullet had hit him in the chest. It really hurt.

He shouldn't have been so ambitious just to get that chipset; he shouldn't have ignored protocol to chase after the Blood mafia; he shouldn't have betrayed Cylo and Chelsea for that dangerous device. His body grew stiffer and his breathing became more labored, until finally he began to close his eyes. “I'm sorry, Cylo, Chelsea.”

“Hahaha! What a foolish and careless hitman.” The Blood Mafia member who shot Maki laughed with satisfaction. He had successfully saved his friend and killed his enemy.

“Enough, let's just go straight to the ship. It's not safe here anymore. The boss is probably waiting for us to hand over this mind-control chipset,” said the Blood Mafia member who had conducted the transaction earlier.

A bald-headed Blood mafia member nodded. He was the leader of this small team. “Yeah, let's get to the boat quickly. The other members must be waiting for us.”

About five Blood mafia members finally walked leisurely towards their speedboat. They were happy because their mission was successful, and this would definitely make their leader very happy. They were even sure that they would get promoted after this.

But unfortunately, their satisfaction made them complacent. They did get the chipset, and they did kill Maki, but they didn't realize that their friends on the speedboat were all dead. None of them survived because a blonde man had slaughtered them all.

And now, that blond man, Kenzo, was sitting relaxed, waiting for the Blood mafia to come to the speedboat and deliver the mind-control chipset to him.

“Tsk, Alpha and Beta are really great for being able to make plans and think of all the possibilities like this,” he said as he stared at the five members of the Blood mafia walking towards him. He played with his gun casually.
