Chapter 16 The Solution To All His Problems.

LaCroix Empire Headquarters.

Zacharie sat behind his desk in his office, eyes glued on his computer screen and fingers typing away on his keyboard when he heard a knock on his door.

He lifted his gaze from the computer screen and called. "Come in."

The door opened and Eric stepped in, closing it behind himself before bowing.

"Sir," He greeted. "I have the report on Michelle and Miguel Arnuad that you asked for." He said, holding up the brown envelope in his hand so that Zacharie could see.

"Bring it here." Zacharie beckoned.

Eric nodded and walked up to his boss, placing the file on the desk and backing away.

"Is there anything else you need me for, Sir?" He asked.

"Hmm," Zacharie hummed and glanced down at the file on his desk, shaking his head as he reached for it. "For now, no."

"I understand." Eric nodded but instead of leaving immediately, he lingered in the room, watching as his boss opened the envelope and took out it's content.
