The unexpected savior

Emma looks up and sees that the intruder who broke into the house through the window is none other than Samantha, Lucas’s friend. But something was different about Samantha. Her face contorted and her body shifted, revealing her true nature as a werewolf. Her claws extended, her eyes glowed a piercing blue, and her canines elongated into deadly fangs. Despite her transformation, Samantha still stood on two feet, her human form still somewhat visible; it was like a half transformation, more like an enhanced human. Emma was shocked and scared, not knowing what to make of the situation.

The man, on the other hand, growled in response to Samantha's snarls, clearly not intimidated by her werewolf form. They circled each other, waiting for the other to make a move. Suddenly, the man lunged forward, claws outstretched, aiming for Samantha's throat. Samantha dodged the attack with ease, her reflexes as a werewolf honed by years of practice.
