Chapter 17

I wake up to a cold bed and open my eyes and look around to see that neither Rayne nor Ryker are here. I let out a sigh thinking they must of went to work and decided not to let me know.

I climb out of the bed and slip on Rayne's shirt before making my way downstairs. Right as I'm about to reach the kitchen I hear a knock on the door. I freeze for a moment and think. Do I answer it or ignore it? Might as well answer it in case it was one of the boys.

As I reach the front door, I open it just a bit to see a girl with dark black hair and a white flowy dress on.

"Ah, hello." I greet, unsure who the person was.

"Hi, I'm Raven. I'm here to see my brother, Ryker." she tells me sweetly.

"Oh, I'm sorry. He isn't here right now, did you want to come in and wait?" I ask softly and she nods her.

"That's perfect, thank you." she replies.
