26. Isolation And Dreams

A whole week passed so fast and throughout the seven days, all I did was stay locked up in the room, not stepping out for any reason at all.

The manor was quiet as usual, the weather was cold and I sat beside the window of my room, staring at the tree as snowflakes fell on them.

Over the few seven days that passed, I did nothing at all except eat, bath, sleep and wake up for the next day, you could only imagine how boring it was, I wish I had a novel to read, then it would at least keep my company as I burn my time on it, but unfortunately, I don't.

I didn't for once step out of the room, I only feel so safe and at ease while staying here. Cecil, the quiet maid, and Alice came in a few times, but that was all, I saw no one else, not even the Master.

Well, at least, I had the company of a book and pen which I write on at times.

Hugging my body tight, I shut the window close and walked away from there, sauntering into the bathroom and returning a while later.
