Unspoken Language

Steve pov:

I was standing in the middle of the crowded bar, with my eyes scanning the room for any sign of her.

Henry was next to me, looking just as determined as I was to find her. But then I looked at him with a raised eyebrow, feeling frustrated.

"It's been three long weeks. What are we even doing here?" I shouted, trying to make myself heard over the blasting music.

"I know it's taking longer than we expected, but I have a feeling she's here. We can't give up yet," Henry replied, his eyes scanning the room just like mine.

But then Maggie chimed in. “Steve, I think we're wasting our time. We need to focus on finding Oliver's plan. He's the one who's really behind all of this."

I was torn, not sure who to believe. But Henry was still convinced we were on the right track.

"No, we can't give up yet. I'm sure she's here somewhere. We've searched almost every bar in San Diego, but we can't stop now."

And then he grabbed my arm and started leading me through the crowd. We made our way
