Chapter 49

Amilia's POV

As we all sat round the table for dinner. I desperately wanted to tell aunt Rosey and uncle Ethane all I saw the day I followed aunt Judith but on the other hand. I wasn't supposed to follow aunt Judith.

The dinner table was awfully quiet and aunt Judith kept on staring at me in a way that gave me a fright.

"Amilia, what is wrong? You haven't touched your food" aunt Rosey asked.

"Is nothing aunt Rosey I will eat. But I want to go to the bathroom first, may I?" I asked

"Sure thing" aunt Rosey replied.

Soon I could hear aunt Judith say she also wanted to leave the dinner table and for some reason I felt like I was the cause.

I was right as she walked up to me and dragged me into my room as she shut the door.

"What is it, aunt Judith? Why did you lock the door? Open the door unless I promise you that I will scream" I tried to scare aunt Judith as a means of hiding my own fear.
