CHAPTER 15 - Deal on a Rainy Day
Erica's POV
"What was inside the building?" he asked.
My heart began to stomp harder and harder as every seconds pass, but still manage to hide the essence of feeling nervous which I can feel throughout my body.
How does he know everything? Did he hired someone to look after me secretly?
Should I tell him that Alisson and little Alice were the ones inside that building? Or maybe I shouldn't tell him? I mean I could still barely say that he is really trying to help me, I haven't tested his loyalty yet, and who am I to do it? With that boastful personality, I doubt he's going to agree.
"Nothing," I answered after a few seconds of silence. I tried my very best to act normal or else he would be suspicious.
