What A Dream

Elena POV

I was awaken by a long deep red velvet dress landing on my face. I pushed it away to find Jesse staring down at me.

“What are you doing here?!” I screamed as I lunged from the bed to hug her. I was instantly reminded of the wounds on my back when she wrapped her arms around me. After I recoiled away from her she apologized and said “Your soon to be baby daddy called me to come for your ceremony. He had me pick out some stuff for you. He’s built like a Greek god, I’m jealous! Anyway let’s get ready!”

“Ready? The ceremony isn’t until closer to midnight?”

“Honey you’ve been sleeping all day. It’s about to be 8 o’clock. He told me I couldn’t wake you but if I didn’t you wouldn’t have time to look smashing tonight. I did what had to be done.” She said with a shrug.

“Oh, I didn’t realize I slept so long” I must have looked deep in thought because she started snapping her fingers in my face trying to bring me back down to earth.
