In a split-second after stepping on a snare, I was hoisted up into the air, under a tree. The shock and discomfort I felt from being pulled up made my wolf vexed. But I’m very sure he was on the verge of coming out, because I felt really tensed up. I had to try as much as possible to relax and keep myself calm after all that beating, for me not to shift involuntarily. The environment was quiet and serene. I looked to my right and noticed Drax hadn’t woken up yet. His face was all sweaty, and you could tell that he had been crying.“Are you alright?” I asked him, feeling concerned. He wasn’t like this last night.
