chapter 8 the plan

Arianne woke up to the sound of her alarm. She went directly to the bathroom and do her rituals. After some time she went out in just her underwear. Yes she keeps her underwear in her bathroom. She feel naked with just a towel coming out of it.

After a little deliberation in her mind on what to wear she finally settle for a brown shorts and a baby blue shirt that has a winking donald duck on it. For her shoes she just grab a black converse. She don’t want to put makeup today so she just apply lip balm and baby powder.

Thankful to her mom’s Filipino heritage, Arianne have a perfectly nice and clear skin. (Yeah her mom’s mother is Filipino.) So like right now, she don’t have the need to use makeup. She then tied her hair into a messy bun. When all done, she grab her bag and went downstairs.

“Good morning Mommy! Good morning Daddy!” she greeted her parents then kissed them both.

“good morning sweetheart!” her mom replied as she put pancakes on her plate.

Her dad just give her a smile then he return to the newspaper he was reading.

After breakfast she bid goodbye to both of them. Their work usually starts at 9 so luckily they have more time in the morning. Arianne started her car and headed to school. She arrive 30 minutes early just right so she could have a chat with her friends.

“hi Yan good morning!” Kristinn greeted when she went out of her car.

“'morning! So any news about the boys?” she said hiding her excitement.

“I told you I will have it but we need to see Alexis first.”

“Is she already here?” Alexis is always the last one to enter school. Why? Because she’s not a morning person and also because she always stay late whether for a party or just anything.

“Fortunately yes! She went to the cafeteria. She said she wants but I think she needs it, you know, coffee!”

“Ohh okay lets go there then!”

Together they went to the cafeteria.

“hi sweetheart!” Arianne said to Alexis when they saw her in a table outside of the cafeteria enjoying her coffee.

“okay so we’re complete and ready I think K!?!! spill!” Alexis said and wink to Arianne.

Kristinn then turn to her phone. “Here we go…first, names: Mason Alexander Milligan, Jace Benedict Keller and Kyle Jeremy Andrews. All are 18 and in their senior year in Jarrington High. They’re considered as the most popular group of kids. Obviously they’ve got the looks, the money, the three of them are heirs to their family's multi-billion company, and most importantly, almost all the girls are on for them!

They play football together and Jace is the captain and leader of the three. They’ve been friends since kids and also they’re neighbors. No serious relationships for any of them. They’re the cause of envy of the boys and fantasy of the girls. They are what we called "generous" especially to those girls who shows "likeness" for them. Isn’t it amazing?” she finished it with a huge grin and took a bow.

“whoa! Generous my ass!” Arianne said and smirk.

“watch your language kiddo!” Alexis said while shaking her head and laughing.

“well that’s a lot to take in. soooo?” Arianne said while grinning to the both of them.

“what do you mean so?” Kristinn said after some time.

“I meant do you still like them? Like crushing in them?” Arianne explained.

“I’m okay as long as when he’s with me I don’t want anybody comes in between us.” Alexis gave them a fierce look.

“umm maybe if he can prove to me that he’ll change his ways I’ll consider those things. I am not sure!”  Kristinn said.

“how about you Yanna? What if Jace would want you what will you do?” Alexis ask her.

“well first I don’t think I am his type. Second you know I am not ready for stuff like that and lastly why do we have this convo? I mean we just meet them like last time you know!” Arianne being the sensible one spit.

“I’m not sure but I have this feeling that we’re gonna be seeing them a lot more. Besides, I just want to be prepared you know maybe there’s a possibility that they will like us, too?!!” Alexis said dreamily.

“that’s okay for now guys. Maybe it’s better if we just let things takes it’s place one at a time and see where it’ll lead us. Are we in this together huh?” Kristinn said while giving them a hopeful look.

“okay but please guys don’t make your hopes up that high. I was thinking maybe they’re just being friendly and it doesn’t mean anything to them. After all, they are "used" being around so many girls!” Arianne said with which made her two friends nodded at her.

“And umm guys starting tomorrow and every Tuesdays and Thursdays I will be tutoring Jace. He’s having a hard time with his acads.” Arianne informing her friends.

“Ohh I didn’t see it coming!?!! I see that Jace is really the quarterback after all. Fast moves hahaha!” Alexis said more of teasing Arianne.

“its not what you think it is Lexi!” Arianne spat back.

“whatever!” both of them said in unison then give one another a high five.
