THE GUEST

          Bryan thought about her suggestions for a moment, and then said...

"I think you have a point there babe"!

"Alright then, let's go with your idea".

"I will talk to my parents about our decision, and hear what they have to say afterwards. But I won't tell them about our plans of leaving them after a year or two, because they won't be happy with that idea".

             Now, after their discussion, the atmosphere became a whole lot free and safe for them to talk about other important things in their lives, and things regarding their wedding plans. After a while, Bryan bidded everyone goodbye for the day, and went back home to relate his decision with his fiance to his parents.

             When he got home, it was already evening. Bryan met his mom and dad outside, at the lobby of their house. He said with a smile...

"Mom, Dad... good evening".

"How are you all doing this evening, and how was you day"?

      They both replied...

"Fine son"!

          His mom then said, 

"This one you are looking very bright today, with so much joy and laughter on your face, hmmmm...it's clear something good happened to you today".

      His dad said,

"Oh oh oh oh....you are very correct! It's been a while we saw him this happy. I think there's something good he wants to tell us".

             With a serious laughter, Bryan said to his parents,

"Ive got goooood news for you"!

           They both screamed...

"Good news....! Hmm!

"Yes"!, said Bryan.

          He continued....

"I want to tell you that I have decided to agree to your terms and conditions to my marriage with Angela. So, what's the next step to take"?

          On hearing this from Bryan, both parents looked at each other and smiled.... immediately, they stood up to hug Bryan and said,

"Thank you so much for coming back to us son, we are grateful"! 

             It was indeed a feast of merriment for the entire family that day. Now it's time for Bryan to go back to Angela's house to let her know she would be visiting his family in two days time. He went there and told Angela all that happened between him and his parents, and that they have given their concent as well.

                Two days after, as planned by Bryan and Angela, Angela visited at Bryan's looking so elegant and charming. Bryan heard a knock, and he  hurriedly went to the door to bring her in. On reaching there, he opened the door with a wonderful and charming smile...full of excitement. Behold..it was his nanny, Shirley who came to find out if he would like to have Greek yoghurt, along side his main meal. For she knows he loves eating it. Immediately Bryan open the door and saw her, his countenance changed with so much displeasure in his facial expression. Nanny Shirley, with no delay asked  her question about the yoghurt, and Bryan with a sad response answered, "please prepare anything you like". Shirley then answered,

 "ok sir". And then walked straight to the kitchen to inform Nancy, the cook. And then went back to her duty post. 

                Bryan angrily went inside and banged the door behind him. His mom was shocked, and she thought something had happened. She came out of her room and called Bryan to find out what the matter was. He could not even say anything, until after much persistence from the mom to know what is was. He managed to reply his mother, narrating what happened to him.  She laughed...

"ha ha ha ha ha ha ha..."

                  And  then said, 

"please calm down my son, she should be on her way now. After all, she's just 5minutes late. It could be traffic, you know..."

                  Bryan became calm again and managed to lighten up his mood. Barely a minute later, there was another knock at the door. Bryan jumped up and went straight to the door, opened without delay, and saw that it wasn't Angela, but the gardener, Mr Lesley. He shouted and asked him agrily, 

"what's the matter with you all this morning"?

"What do you want...."?

"please get out of here and  leave me alone... "

"I do not want to see any of you again, but my Angela"! he screamed!

                     His mom rushed out to the doorpost from her bedroom, and apologized to the gardener, Mr Lesley, and to the rest of them all, and then she took Bryan out. The whole situation became worse, and the entire environment in the home became toxic for everyone at home that day. All because of Angela! 

                     A moment later, while Bryan was in the garden at the backyard of the house with his dad, relaxing and trying to clear his head, another knock at the door was heard by those around, including Bryan. This time, it was a soft and gentle knock. Bryan acted as though he didn't hear it, because, he just did not want anything to make me feel bad again. Meanwhile, the mom was in the living room, seeing a movie. She heard the knock and went straight to the door post. As she opened, lo and behold...it was an angel in human that she saw. With so much pleasure in her heart, she welcome the guess in by saying...

"welcome please, how may we help you"?

"The guest replied..."

"Good morning ma'am,"

"Please I am Angela, Bryan invited me" . 

                 Bryan's mom then said....

"Ohhhhhhh Angela....."?

"Oh.... my....Angel....,you are most welcome, my darling"!

"Bryan and the entire household have been waiting for your arrival."

                  She then whispered into Angela's ear, saying....

"You look ravishing "!

"Please come in very fast for my son has been acting strange since he has not seen you, and has been waiting for your  arrival..."

                   Angela smiled and replied her first statement,

"Thank you mom!

                 And then replied her second statement with a hard laughter...

"Ha ha ha ha ha ha.... wonderful man! That's why I'm proud of him"! 

                The guest went straight into the living room, and was offered a seat by nanny Shirley. She sat majestically, with her legs crossed after sitting. Mrs Jane immediately asked Nanny Shirley to go to Bryan and his dad in the garden, informing them of their daughter-in-law to be's arrival. Shirley ran off to the garden instantly! 

"Dad...Sir Bryan...." She shouted!
