The waiting hours seemed endless.

The council and Marcus granted a team of three to go and supervised those pieces of evidence to see if this was real. After almost two hours, the supervision team returned their confirmation.

The evidence was true.

Now, the council and the head-alpha must give their final sentence while Raiz, Toby, and Ben waiting outside.

“They broke the rule, which is never must you shift in the residential area! We are not trying to harm or threaten humans! Not to mention, humans could have seen them!” One of the council members said.

“Raiz shot them, too. I think this situation is fair.” Another one voiced his thinking.

“I think so, too. They had got in a fight. And a head-alpha that shifted to fight with them did not make the situation any better. Without the surveillance camera, we can’t decide who had shifted first or who had ignited the attack first. Raiz’s evidence only tells us that the attack definitely happ
