Evangeline pursed her lips as she placed a blank cheque on the table, she slid it over to Kathleen's side of the table, ‘That's a blank cheque right there.... anything you need... whatever you want...it could be a million dollars, name your price. Name your price and I'll give you what it takes just to stay away from my son'.

Kathleen stared down at the cheque feeling almost insulted, the least Evangeline could do was be original and try something else that wasn't from the obvious plot of a movie, she chuckled softly, ‘You know this would've been the offer of a lifetime but why would I choose to take what you're offering, knowing fully well that your son can give me double?'
