"I think you can get ready to get married this month," sabi sa akin ni grandpa. Kasalukuyan akong naririto sa silid niya rito sa ospital at ipinagbabalat ko siya ng prutas. Maliban sa akin ay mga personal nurs ang nag-aalaga sa kanya. We still have relatives, but they only think of business and money. Wala silang amor kay grandpa. Napahinto naman ako sa sinabi niya.

"Grandpa, I made a statement with you before. Sav and I are indeed in a relationship. But the two of us are not suitable for marriage," paliwanag ko kay grandpa. I could see the sadness on his face. Sabay naman kaming napalingon ng biglang may kumatok at bumukas ang pinto. Si doctor Mendez.

"Professor Ford, can I talk to you in my office," he said.

"Yes, Doc." Kaagad naman akong tumalima.

"It's about the specific situation. The patient biopsy report shows a quite bad result." Napakunot ang aking noo sa sinabi niyang iyon.

"Please tell me."

"The patient can only live about one year. It is recommended that famil
