Adolphus’s P.O.V.

“Why do you think that they don’t want Prince to be here?” Nathan asked me while he drove the car towards the Light Shadow Pack.

“No idea, brother. If random rogues attacked him, I would say that they just wanted to kill the royal heir, nothing else, but that was a planned attack, meticulously planned and sharply executed.” I replied to him with a serious gaze, looking out of the pack.

“He will be there in half an hour. Shall we go to the pack or wait for them here?” he asked me again while stopping the car at the side of the road, almost half a mile before the Light Shadow Pack.

We had already given them our information of arrival and also the license plates of our vehicles so that they wouldn’t take us as a threat.

I clenched my jaw while thinking about whether to follow the plan that we had finalized or to be extra cautious.
