Logan's POV

Father! I yelled continuously but it was all silent and still. Fear gripped my heart and I called out repeatedly.

No way! Father can't die on me! My Alpha! I yelled but there was no response. It was still just like it was when I tried to link up with Renae.

I shivered with fear. I tightened my grip on the hilt of my sword and launched at the intruders, striking them down blindly.

I soon realized that it was a useless move. Despite my fury, I couldn't conquer them. They were very fierce and I was outnumbered.

Looking around, Beta Peter's men had vanished. They had left me to face the Intruders alone. It must be their strategy to make my death look natural.

The intruders must have identified me as the Prince. They attacked me on every side and I fought hard for my life. I knew I wasn't going to win the fight even before I started.

"Alpha Noel is alive!" I yelled and they stopped. They looked at each other and lowered their weapons.
