Chapter 16 - Deja Vu

I wasn't able to respond for a moment. I thought I saw a ghost. He's a lot different now. He's more mature and manly. He's hair was longer, tied up in a ponytail with some loose strands when he removed his helmet.

"Emily, it's me Kyle." He said while knocking on the window again.

I tensed but opened the window for him. He was looking at me, staring into my eyes.

"What happened? Why are you here?" He asked.

"M-My car won't start. I-I'm on my way to Wisteria, to my parents." I tried not to stammer but I feel like my lips were trembling.
