Chapter-5

Ahad's pov.

I was driving but my mind was somewhere else, I was still thinking about that girl. Ohh god, her bomb attitude, her smile, her honey brown eyes, her light pink cheeks, her plump lips, her long wavy brown hairs. Her thoughts were flashing in my mind again and again like a movie. My thoughts were interrupted by some voices.

"Bhai (brother) where are you lost - said adam teasingly, wiggling his eyebrows and I looked everywhere but at him.

"Uhhh......nothing no......nothing - I stammered, my ears and neck turned red. I was really embarrassed, they were looking at me with a smirk on my face, we arrived at my house after sometime.

We all were now sitting on couch, reyan, adam and sharik were still  staring at me with teasing smirks, I gulped, everyone were talking and laughing.

I don't know what mischief is going in their head, I hope they don't embarrass me infront of mom and specially grandma - I thought.

"Bhai (brother) I saw you, staring at that beautiful girl - said adam with a smirk on his face and I glared at him.

"Which girl?? - asked mom raising her eyebrows.

"Whichhh girllll adammm - I said stretching every word, still glaring at him.

"Mom, look at him - said adam making a fake innocent face, three of them smirked when mom looked at me.

That bastard have the audacity to make an innocent face after messing up everything - I thought, I already broke some bones of adam in my head. Just meet me three of you alone, I am gonna kill you with my own bare hands.

"Yess mom, he was staring at a girl, tell ahad - said reyan with a stupid smirk on his idiotic face.

"Awww!!! Ahad my child, you like a girl yayy.....- said grandma enthusiastically like a child.

"Here comes the most old, overly excited and enthusiastic lady in the talks - I thought and gulped.

"Mom they are talking about.......- I told them what happened on streets, how those girls were beating the boys.

"Wow!!! Those girls must be really brave - said mom with a smile.

"These boys, I hate these type of boys who flirts and misbehaves, bastard - said grandma gritting her teeth in anger and cursing those boys. My eyes directly landed on reyan when she said 'the boys who flirts' because he flirts with every girl. I, adam and sharik chuckled looking at him while he was shooting daggers at us.

"Ahad, you like that girl - said mom with a mischievous grin.

"No mom - I groaned, but internally I blushed just thinking about that.

"I just admired her mom, nothing else - I said looking everywhere but at them, here starts the teasing session. Everyone started teasing me, the door bell rung. Rahima (servant) opened the door, dad came inside with a smile but as he saw me, his smile vanished.

"Assalamualaikum (a way of greeting in muslim) dad - I said softly.

"Walekum assalam ( a way of replying greetings in muslims) - he said rudely not looking at me.

"Dilshad, tell the unwanted person that I don't want to see his face or should I leave from here - said dad angrily, I about to leave but grandma held my hand.

"No one is unwanted here, if you want to go then leave - said grandma sternly looking at dad, he went to his room angrily stomping his foot. My mood went off because of dad's behavior towards me, I don't know when dad will start to talk to me, I don't know when his behavior will change towards me, I don't know what dad will do when whole truth comes out. Suddenly, hadiya came and sat on couch.

"Ohh my my, finally the princess came out of her room. So mam do you want something please tell - said grandma sarcastically, everyone controlled their chuckles which were about to escape from our mouth.

"Yess, I came out grandma - said hadiya rolling her eyes.

"Rahima, I want a cappuccino. Make one - screamed hadiya to rahima in attitude.

"And add some poison in it - screamed grandma, everyone burst out in the fits of laughter, she got up from couch gritting her teeth.

"Oh my god, so the criminal started laughing after doing the crime - said hadiya with an evil smirk and my face fell.

"Hadiya stay in your limits, I am warning you for the last time - said mom angrily, hadiya went in her room.

"Ahad my child, don't mind her words, please don't take it seriously - said mom lovingly, patting my head and I nodded my head.

"Yes ahad, she is just a Naagin (snake), chudail (witch), Lombdi (fox) - said dadi angrily cursing hadiya, everyone started laughing on it. Our time passed listening Adam's silly jokes, grandma cursing and roasting hadiya. After having dinner, sharik and reyan left to their respective houses. I greeted everyone good night and went to my room.

I went to washroom to change my nightwears, I wore t shirt and sweatpants. I came out of the, As I glanced at the bracelet. I started thinking about that girl.

"This girl will make me crazy, why can't you leave my mind girl - I thought, shooking my head at my thoughts, I chuckled and kept the bracelet in the drawer.

"Tum ko dekha to ye khayal aaya,

Zindagi dhoop tum ghhana saaya"

(When I saw you, only a thought came in my mind,

Life is a sunshine and you're a thick shadow to protect me)

- I thought, running my fingers on my hairs and thinking about her only. After sometime, I was lost in my dreamless sleep.
