Meanwhile, Francis was coming out of a meeting with the most prominent nobles that were in charge of a lot of territory around the empire. After the formal meeting where he listened to their reports and gave many instructions, he went toward his office because of the mountains of work that were waiting for him. "Did you see Sebastian?"

"No, but the last time I saw him, he said that he was going to meet the lady."
