Chapter 22: Heartbreak

I glanced at the time it was about 4 in the morning, I went straight upstairs and put his phone back in his pocket, I laid down and tried to sleep although I kept thinking about everything I saw. When I heard Jeremy wake up I went to go grab him and headed downstairs, I had Steve’s bag packed at the bottom on the stairs. Luckily Jeremy went back to sleep as I sat there and starred at the bag, I was so upset I wasn’t even really thinking.

Steve walked down the stairs yawning, “Good morning beautiful” He went to walk towards me to give me a kiss when I nodded towards his bag. He looked down at it and back at me,

“So your kicking me out?”

I nodded not saying a word. He looked down at his bag once more,

“Can I know why?”

I looked at him with the dirtiest look on my face, “You already know why. Your game is done, now get the fuck out of my house.”

He nodded, reached for his bag and walked out the door.
