LOGINEMILIA'S POVIt was morning, everywhere was bright and I woke up safe and sound. Slowly I was getting my head off my trauma and the pain which I had in several parts of my body. I already made some arrangements to be at my office today, so I called one of the househelp to come and prepare something for me to eat. “Good morning, Ma. I hope you had a good night yesterday?” She asked, smiling. “Yes I did. Actually I did call you here to ask you for help” I responded. “What exactly do you want me to do?” she asked slowly. “Actually I have an appointment at my office today and I really want to get prepared. Honestly I would have done the dishes myself if I had much strength but I want you to help me out with it” I requested. “Okay, that is not a problem, that's also part of my job so it's my duty to do what would please you. I will go and prepare you something to eat before you are done. You can just go ahead and take your bath,” she said. “Okay, you can go ahead now,” I permitted.
JULIAN'S POV I was really terrified to hear Emilia’s story; her emotions said it all. It was obvious that she had a lot of tremendous experience being held by the SWAT. I heard a lot of pity for her and had to sympathize with her so she wouldn't feel lonely. “You have to sit up and face the world now okay? If you keep learning to take revenge you would really not like the end of it. You have to stay determined, okay?” I sneered. She sighed out. “I really don't know what to say, but I'm genuinely thankful for your help,” she muttered. “You have to take Justice over revenge okay? Don't be too eager to take revenge please and take every plan easily. I really don't know what else to say about your condition but you really have to calm down. You were saying something about the doctor bi really what to know how you figured it out” I spoke. “How was the meeting with you and the prisoner? I mean Theodore and cassandra?” Emilia asked. “I had to interact with them; honestly, I don't know
EMILIA'S POVAfter spending lots of time with Gifford, I found out that he was really outstanding. Immediately I confirmed that he was the right man to be my bodyguard. I felt more comfortable with him since he had to risk his life and take that rough part for me. He is really going to do more, so I loved him and accepted him instantly. It was night, and I was already expecting to see Julian at home. I knew he was going to stop by to check on me before leaving for his house. Just like I thought, he was there at the door knocking in my room. “Who's there?” I asked to confirm just to be safe. “It's me, Julian,” he responded. I went and opened the door for him to come in. “Truly, I was expecting you to be here sooner than now,” I muttered. “I'm sorry if I'm late, but I had a lot of work to do at the office, and that's what kept me waiting,” Julian responded. “Oh, okay, I'm genuinely sorry. It's fine if you can take your bath and sleep over here. I'm sure it would be a lot of stress
EMILIA'S POV Spending time with Gifford was really a perfect one. I gave all the credits to Julian for bringing him to me. Gifford was really a good type; he was funny, interesting, and fun to be with. For a moment in a long time, I really felt the weight of anguish and sorrow vanish from me. I was delighted to be with him. He brought up a conversation about his search and I was really wanting to hear about it. “Talking about this research of yours, what exactly did you seek, and what made you start?” I questioned. “It's obvious that you really forget things easily. I just explained to you that Julian introduced your case to me, and since I was a perfect spy to engage in your matter, I had to do so much research and figure out that this is an organization, not just a one-man kidnapping,” Gifford explained. With his words I grew more interested and wanted to hear all about it. I went closer to where he was. “I would really love to hear all about it. You can genuinely imagine what
JULIAN’S POVI watched Theodore as he was just making me more confused. I knew that he knew about what I was saying but he chose to act dumb and make things worse for me. “I won't ask you this question again, so just answer me and free yourself from this embarrassment,” I nagged. “What do you want exactly? You are really going off the papers now. Even though I am a prisoner, I still know the rules of an officer, so don't go off it,” Theodore yelled. “You know the rules and yet went ahead in creating a world of pain for Emilia. I swear on everything I believe that I would surely make life miserable for you and all the people you are working with” I responded with a surge of pain In my voice. “How are you going to achieve that without my help?” Theodore asked what?“That's none of your business since you've decided not to cooperate. I would make life miserable for you here in this cell just like you did to Emilia” I responded. “I never imagined what she really looked like when she w
EMILIA'S POV I was in my room lying down, thinking effortlessly how I was going to start with my revenge plans. I didn't know from where to start exactly, but I was too sure that Theodore and Cassandra had other teams outside, so I needed to figure them out. It was exactly 8:23 AM when I heard a knock on my door. “Who is there?” I asked gently. “I'm sorry to disturb you, but I would like to introduce myself properly to you,” he responded. “What do you mean? How am I a side if you're not one of them?” I asked suspiciously. “You can come and confirm yourself, I'm here to work with you as a bodyguard, from now on I would be guiding your steps” he stated. “I never instructed you to guide my steps. Show me your identity card and pass it under the door,” I spoke. “You don't have to be this dramatic, you can just come out so I can see it for yourself, honestly I am of no harm,” he responded. “If you truly want me to believe you, then this is the only way,” I muttered. “This is reall
JULIAN'S POV Cassandra was getting ahead of herself lately. The way she openly shows disgust and hatred toward Emilia was really frustrating. I usually find myself wondering how the heck they got here when they initially used to be best friends."Mr Julian..." I shifted my gaze to one of the arch
EMILIA'S POVAs much as there was danger lurking around me, I also had a job to do, most of the work was put to a complete halt until I was around to handle it. And those jobs, I had to see to their success, no matter how much Julian disapproved of the idea of my leaving the house. Not to talk abou
UNKNOWN PERSON’S POV“What do you even mean by that?” Cassandra lamented, mumbling a few curse words under her breath. “You cannot continue to do things recklessly without at least informing me first. What you did was insane.”“I know my moves quite well, they just somehow happened to know that I w
EMILIA’S POVThe last thing I expected, was for Julian to barge into the meeting he was supposed to be present for, and just….hug me. He hugged me. I wasn’t even concerned about the fact that he had just hugged me in front of everyone, that he had just somewhat confirmed the allegations on social
