Now here he was mocking me. The bastard knew I hated them. I had to get out of here. I’ll come back and take the hard drive later. I was certain they were looking for it.

I looked at them and the stairs. Debating if I’ll make it if I ran. I think John saw right through me because in the next second he spoke.

“Don’t even think about it Little Princess” he warned me.

It was now or never. With that thought in mind I tried to run towards the door. Right before I get to the door, I had a gun shot I got startled that I stumbled and fell on the floor with my ass, and it hurt like hell.

I get that it was a warning shot which means they don’t want to kill but capture me. I got up ready to run but before I could get to the do a hand grasp my wrist and pulled me back inside.

“Where do you think, you are going to, Little Princess?” Asked John with mockery laced in his voice.
