Maylee’s POV

My alarm goes off signaling the start of the day. I snooze the alarm and the 5:00 am flashes my phone and I simply lay in my small bed thinking of what the day holds. I have an Anatomy test today, we have models with pins stuck in them indicating what we have to identify. I wouldn’t be too bad except we have to spell them all correctly. So, that is stressful; I have work at the diner tonight and my mom is working at the boutique. It is going to be a long day; my alarm goes off for the second time and I drag myself out of the bed and head into the closet, changing into my workout clothes, grabbing my only pair of running shoes and headphones. I start off most of the week days with a run, usually just a mile or two.
