Jess was still watching as the wind blew up the leaves outside, the sun had already broken through the horizon, Sarah was still fast asleep. Jess knew that she would have to go back to her tormentors to make them breakfast, to make the day worse than it already was, was the fact that it was Saturday, the weekend, meaning the boys wouldn’t have to go into school today and that Jess had to be by their side through the entire day, at their beck and call, that’s how Raymond stated it when he gave Jess her rules.
