Se connecterBrooklyn's POV
“Hey girl, what's up? Are you in danger? Threatened?” His words came flowing on my screen, I pulled in a breath. I sighed.
“Where are you?” He asked next.
“Yes, I'm inside of the car. The bridal car.” I replied. Before long, I was seeing someone racing through the crowd to where I was.
He rolled his eyes to the left and right, in search, as there were other cars before locating mine.
“Oh there you are,” he said with a relieved face but not-so relieved face. Anxiety still rushed through. It was evident in his eyes, more clearly when he grabbed the door and rushed in, breathing hard.
He grabbed my wrist. “Did he threaten you?” He looked me straight in the eyes like he was going to kill if Cooper tried that.
I folded my lips, looking away briefly. Then I turned it to him, shaking my head. “No, he didn't but I don't feel safe. With the way things turned out, I feel they could wait for me at home.”
His stern eyes dropped pale, affected by my vulnerability. He grabbed my wrist even harder. “Don't worry, I'm going with you.”
The corners of my lips spread, into a thin, grateful smile. “I'm really grateful.”
I gave a signal to the driver. “Let's go now.”
He fired on the engine of the car, I turned to Mabel on my side, pressing her hip in assurance. ‘Don't worry’ glowed on my face.
“It's gonna be alright,” I said to myself as I thought about Brandon and his promise to bring the agreement in a few hours.
Cameron reached out grabbing my palm and clutching his fingers with mine. Our ride back to the estate was made in silence. While I looked straight ahead wanting to avoid the nervousness from looking at him, he was staring outside most of the time. He would turn and glare at times. I capture it once in a while with my peripheral eyes.
Getting closer to the penthouse, my mind crawled harder with more dirty thoughts. I turned to look at him straight for the first time, rallying on a way to spill out what I had in mind.
He raised his brows in question. “What?”
I swallowed a lump, racing my face off, as it's my quick defense when I'm not ready to say what I've got in mind but this didn't take long.
“I want you to help me get divorce.”
“Urgh?”
He seemed confused, resulted to shaking his head slightly. “I thought you wanted me to come with you, to protect you?“
He was wide-eyed, and my confidence was slowly falling. My lips parted, eyes flipping to the left and right.
“I'm sorry, I didn't….” Words cut in my throat.
His hand soothed mine. “It's fine, after all, I, too, wanna take revenge. I'm ready to do anything which could hurt him. But….”
He paused and my pulse pummeled high. Somehow I knew what he was up to saying next but I just waited for him.
Maybe I'll answer, maybe not.
“What do you want me to do?”
Just as I'd expected.
I breathed hard, smiling a bit. “I want you to be by my side when we get back, flirt just as much as they would do together, just to make them jealous.”
“And afterwards?”
That's when I went speechless.
I smiled again. “I guess when we reach the penthouse, we'll see their energy and match it.”
It was a verdict. Non-refusal.
Like he said he wanted to hurt Cooper, this was one major weakness I was set to use.
The car pulled up into the grounds of the penthouse. “Let's stop at the entrance,” I told the driver. Turning to Mabel, I caressed her back. “You can head back to your room. Thanks so much and so sorry for the stress today.”
She nodded with a curtsey smile. “It's nothing. You're welcome, ma'am.” Saying this, she opened the door of the car, waved at me before turning and walking off through the route that led to the maids’ wing.
After she had left, I got out of the car and advanced with Cameron following me beside, arm in arm and majestically stepped up the stairs of the penthouse.
They were inside. I knew that quite well.
I pushed the giant bronze door open to see clothes on the floor, shoes and a bra.
My legs first halted before my eyes slowly took the stroll up to see Cooper and Justeen entangled together, stark naked. She was on top of him bouncing like she was riding a house.
“Ahh….ahhhh….screw me tighter, baby…. Mmm….”
The moans came, lingering. It was lyrical as she moaned in her bird's version of voice.
Then she continued, “Like you've never drilled that she-goat before.”
I cleared my throat, their eyes turned before their faces, before their lips which were thick with moans now went gasping.
I pulled my hand off Cameron for a moment, crossing over my chest.
“You guys couldn't even wait? Urgh?” But it didn't sound like anger, it was tinted with sarcasm and followed with a soft, dark glow. A warning which preceded the storm.
Something in my mind told me this was fake. They were doing this on purpose, to pull the smoke off my head but I was set for the reverse.
Cameron smirked. “They must have been so-so starved of sex. Wow. Like a dog, as she meant.” He laughed, turning his hand to the back of my neck, slowly caressing it.
My blood literally ran frozen hearing these words from his mouth. Seeing a stiff and cold billionaire voluntarily play a copycat to hit on my enemies.
I was certain that if people were here, they would ask how I managed to convince him to do this.
“Cameron, what are you doing here?”
“I came with her, is it really that bad?”
“Woooh!” I cracked up within me seeing how everything was flowing without me having to tell him to do anything.
“In my house?” He shouted, twisting his face. I stepped up with my finger on my lips.
“Shhh! You better shhh! Before I kick you out of here!”
The room fell into absolute silence. He was staring at me with his new wife as if I'd made hell break loose on earth.
I pressed my order harder. “Say a word and I will kick you out of this house.”
My brief moment of rage dropped to a satisfied one turning back to Cameron.
“Please, can you unzip me please?”
A quick gasp rushed off his lips, almost unnoticeable. I was sure to Cooper and Justeen as Cameron knew how to blend it into an amused grin.
“I'm sorry I didn't tell you about this part but can you please cooperate?” I mouthed, watching him stare at my lips as though he was going to kiss me.
More jealousy loading at the back. I could smell it. Yes, it was so loud and deep, it was beyond just feeling it. I could even hear it.
My heart spiraled with a breezy vibe seeing Cameron extend his hands, slowly towards me.
“Turn!” He howled in a deep, sexy voice. My feet moved with the order, my veins aching with hormones rolling fire within me.
I was going off limits. Yes, I planned this, I wanted this but I didn't think of the sensations my body would pick up having his fingers rake at me.
“Thank you!” The words left almost in shock when my zip dropped to the bottom of my waist.
“What are you up to, Brooklyn?” Cooper asked, cock still inside of Justeen.
“You're asking that in my house?” I tilted my head, backward, relaxing the veins in my face. I was weirdly relaxed and calm while I watched steam pulling off his and his envious new wife's face.
“I think you must have forgotten.”
Turning to Cameron, I patted his wrist. “This is my house, please feel at home. Sit on the couch, let me come. I wanna refresh.”
“For?” The panicked ex-husband, as he knew already, wouldn't let me rest.
This time, I ignored, majestically walking to the side door which led to the bathroom.
I didn't want to go in with Cameron, I didn't want to make it look forced. I wanted to come out to him.
At the door, I paused and turned. “Wait for me, I wanna join you guys.” My eyes slid to Cameron and I winked.
His lips curled up. He grabbed it.
Without waiting any further, I walked out and on, towards the bathroom where I switched on the water, letting it fall on my head and drop on my body like the rain.
In the midst of the fall, my eyes softened. The tears which I'd held began to drop. My confidence was that here, I was alone, no one could see me break. Secondly, my tears blended with the water.
Letting myself cry and vent out brought peace to my aching heart, at least for once. I picked a calm, steady, sinister heart next to do what I had in mind.
I was praying, “Please let me look at me. Let him feel something for me. Let it come naturally. I don't want to be disgraced.”
I was saying it over and over again in my heart, till I washed myself, finished up, dried myself and stepped out of the bathroom.
Without clothes.
No, I didn't forget them.
My eyes rolled from my legs to my clean shaven groin, my hands touched my ass, smooth and big. I was chubby, my waist was thinner, giving me that much advantage.
“Great!” I fisted my palms in encouragement.
Then I walked into the room I left and all activities stopped.
“Brooklyn?”
“Brooklyn!”
One screamed with jealousy, the other in shock.
“Urgh?” I whispered, taking my eyes between Cooper and Cameron, my cheeks burning red especially when my eyes fixed on Cameron and refused to leave.
“Isn't this my house, after all? Can't I do what I want?” I asked, lurking gaze with Cameron.
Brooklyn's POV I walked over to him, grabbing his both wrists and looking into his face with a longing in my eyes. One that words couldn't describe. And at the same time, I couldn't use words to tell for fear of being rejected. “Speak, let me know, is there anything you need?” He blinked at me thrice. ‘Say yes,’ I felt him say. A nod preceded. “I need you….to.….” I paused, checking well that I was into his side of things. The green light signal was flashing from his glowing eyes. My chest rippled with a heavy sensation, taking my body by storm. “Will you come with me to our matrimonial room?” “What? What are you trying to say?” Cooper barked, someone jumped from the couch, which was no other person but him.Cameron slid between him and I. “Lay your hands on her and I will cripple your drilling tool.”Cooper flung his air back in a reflex mode, shocked at the audacity of his enemy coming into his mansion and taking his wife to their matrimonial room. Where Cameron had grabbed m

Brooklyn's POV Cooper had gone over to stand with Justeen, breathing heavily and whispering some things into her ear. She called me dramatic, now everyone had to watch her picking up the drama queen trait. I felt my control about to break loose but still managed to pull it back. Meanwhile Cooper was still desperately speaking to her. Probably like, 'we can't let her spill the truth to everyone here,' because of her response. My eyes returned back to the man grabbing me, who wasn't going to let me go. Cameron. With his heavy breaths falling on me, and eyes locked at a close range, coupled with his lethally handsome face, it was hard to maintain composure. My brain melted off with his aura, for once, that spite of a lethal enemy was gone. I was captured in the heat of the moment. A tear formed in my eyes which I quickly wiped. I stood upright to my feet. "Are you okay?" He murmured, somewhat guilty but I pulled up a swift smile. "No, it's fine. It's okay. Thank you," I said.
Brooklyn's POV It was at once I felt regret for not agreeing to the divorce. I'd thought it was me succumbing to a cheat, proving myself as a fool but now, I'd placed myself in a big terrible mess. I needed to get a divorce as soon as possible. So I snapped my fingers, saying to Brandon. "I'll call you as soon as possible." I snapped. I cut the call, sitting to a wave of thoughts rushing in. Grandpa, sick? And a will listing a man who just betrayed me as a co-benefactor of a conglomerate worth billions of dollars. The world spun round. My hands aimlessly rolled over my laps, occasionally slapping it and throwing my gaze outside. "Is everything alright?" "What's wrong, ma'am?" The driver asked but I wasn't even paying any attention to him nor did I have in mind to answer him. Many minutes, close to an hour whirled away in ceaseless thoughts such that when I came back to my senses, the sun was brighter and hotter, telling it was noon and the wedding there had gone far. "Shitt
Brooklyn's POV My jaw dropped to the ground. I flipped a frightful look at Justeen. The popular business socialite who dined and wined with top CEOs and investors here in New York and beyond. They trailed back to Cooper. "What's her role in this deal?" He flinched his head away. Hiding the "Once she talks to the Wil-X President, the deal is settled." He breathed easily, as if this was not wrong at all. My eyes pressed on him with tears which he even took his fingers to wipe. "It's just for the deal. After everything is set, I'll divorce her. We will be back together. With such a massive deal, we'd have the biggest wedding of the century." He came closer, grabbing my hands. "Just agree to this, let's divorce and we will start all over, better than before." His lips spread into a soft grin, as if he was expecting me to accept this. I slammed my hands off his grip. I fisted my balls, breathing with difficulty. My chest heaved in and out, I felt like it would just burst any mome
Brooklyn's POV"I wanna surprise you on our wedding day," my husband had said with a sweet smile. "Don't worry, whatever you see, cooperate." The smile had turned rather mischievous but I was thrilled to be honest. Who doesn't love surprises? Only to walk into my wedding to see a strange woman on white, standing on the podium with my husband and an officiator with a wedding rite book in hand. For a while, time stood still. I looked back and forth, then back in time to the statement he made. "I'll be doing something quite spectacular for my love. I'll go all out to show her how much I've loved her all these years." Those words hit me more deeply as I slowly turned back to the woman on stage with a silvery diamond petals wedding ring and a veil costing a fortune. My breath caught in my throat. I turned to my chief bridesmaid. "What's going on here?" But Mabel was equally confused. I looked around, the whole beach house was adorned with the most expensive sparkles, exactly how I'
