Waking up the next day in my pack house room, I walk over to the window and look down at the training field. It was yet another Tuesday, and also training day.

Even though I was only gone Saturday-Monday, it feels as though I have been gone a lot longer. I get dressed and head down early to stretch and get ready. When I get there, my father is already there along with Tim and Logan.

"Good morning Ellie. I was just informing Tim and Logan about my upcoming retirement and new pack situation, along with the fact that they will compete for my position." My dad speaks to me like he could care less that I am not even a consideration for the position.
