We both just laugh a little and Colin takes me by surprise when he plants another kiss onto my lips. We get off the ground and he stands behind me so that my back is against his chest. His arms wrap around me pretty much showing me off to the pack.

"Goddess, he's perfect!" Leia purrs into my head.

"Geeze, a couple of kisses and a smile and you're lovestruck!"

Leia flicks her tail up and turns away from me. I giggle at her tantrum and she lets off a low playful growl. I'm so glad we have each other again.

Colin explains to everyone that we are mates and that we have already finished the mating and marking process. I can sense his pride through our bond. There isn't even an ounce of uncertainty which makes me feel so good. It is extremely awkward obviously, but equally important for our pack to know.
