"Ok, Shane. Hit me." I hold up the pads as Shane stands on front of me with taped fists.

He strikes the pad. "Good. Again."

He strikes the other. This time harder. "Excellent."

He hits the pad again. This time I'm feeling it in my hands. "Good job, buddy...."

I watch him as his face slowly changed from concentration to anger. He hits the pads faster and harder. His breathing is sped up. His body tensed. My hands are really starting to hurt as he hits the pads over and over.

I look at the tape and it's turning red.

"Shane. Slow it down." I say as I see something build inside him. He still swinging.

He starts to move in on me, forcing me to back up. "Shane!" I up my tone to snap him out of it as he attacks me.

He's moving in more. Throwing out punch after punch.

I see a tear roll down his cheek. He's growling now and gritting his teeth. His eyes start to glow blue.

I push him back. "Shane!!"

"Argghh...." He comes back at me.

Swinging faster punching at anything now.
