The wind rushed across her face as Delillah plunged into the canopy of trees in the woods. She didn't know high direction to take oŕ where exactly she was headed.

All she knew was that she needed to get far away from the pack house as soon as possible.

The element of surprise was very important.

Delilah didn't know how long her element of surprise was going to last. Sooner or later one was bound to notice that she was gone.

Running was not a problem for her, she was in excellent shape and even if she didn't have the ability and stamina of a wolf she had trained her body efficiently.

Running either her bag proved difficult though, branches slapped at the bag making her stagger as she ran.

Delilah didn't stop, freedom was within her grasp and she wasn't going to waste any second.

Turning left she kept running, her breath coming out in sharp gasps as her lungs burned with exertion and exhaustion.
